    I also think we may be on the end of a bit of a doing. Almost a free hit in a way though, should have enough to beat Dumbarton and Stenhousemuir at home and hopefully 9 points is enough to take us through as one of the better runners up.

    I dont know if I'd read much into it tbh. Both teams definitely still short (Thistle at the back, us in midfield). The teams will likely look different in when we play in August.

    Forbes obviously went on to have a decent time of it at Morton and was clearly a talented player but make no mistake he was a complete fraud at Dunfermline.
