T'Pau!
Oh aye lol0 -
Hopefully there's some hilarious admin mix-up that results in Danny Devine spending the rest of the season in China.
Aye replacing Carol Decker till May.0 -
I just heard the McPherson contribution on the subject. He really is simply a rambling old fool. He prattled on endlessly about a Norway penalty, which was utterly irrelevant in the context of debate over goal line technology. He also implied that it impacted on Scotland, which it didn't.
When he was finished, his 'point' just had to be ignored. I've no idea why anyone thinks that inviting him on is sensible.
Not to mention his use of the term "Coloured" even after Derek Ferguson corrected him he used it 3 or 4 times.1 -
We need some black guys in the team!
Aye Kenny in midfield & Eric up front0 -
Beer flavoured whisky sounds horrible.
I had a few yesterday Broughton Brewery's "old jock" is quite strong and a challenge but Tennant's "Hop Scotch" is lovely0 -
Let us know your thoughts on the Penderyn...
Bought it years ago on a trip to Swansea, was decent but I wasn't really into my Whisky then.0 -

BBC’s match preview saying Fraser is out again long term with a knee problem, hopefully we give him a 2 year deal to help him recover. In all seriousness, that pretty much finishes his Thistle career.
Talk about going out with a bang !0 -

Lot of speculation online about the distillery behind Aldi's Glen Marnoch brand, anybody here have any thoughts on it ?
0 -
I was in Aldi and thought I'd pick up a bottle of their Glen Marnoch Speyside since I needed a new bottle and at £17, it wasn't much of an outlay if it was crap.
First night I wasn't too fond of the dram, it was a bit harsh and didn't have much in the way of flavour. But gave it another go the next night and found myself enjoying it a lot more, reminds me of a slightly mellower Aberlour. Obviously quite young, but it's definitely worth a pop at £17, much better for me than a cheap blend, but if definitely recommend leaving it 24 hours after opening, and I used a wee tad of water which I don't usually do
Had a bottle of sherry cask Glen Marnoch in the summer and loved it, picked up one of their 29 year old Glen Marnoch a few weeks back as a Xmas present to myself from the kids.0 -

What pub/location did the JH bus run from before the Woodside? I travelled on it for a couple of years in the mid 80's, if I remember correctly would have been om St. George's Road just up from the Bank of Scotland, roughly where the Prego takeaway is nowadays.
Pre Woody it left from outside the old co-op on St George's Road0
