A new website has been set up at www.CAT22.org to assist clubs and individuals to form a large group which will demand that SPFL reform into a National League system open to all clubs. Similar to most European access levels, particularly Austria, the plan envisages two Premiers (12-12) underpinned by three regional Championship.A and five Championship.B, with Nine district leagues. The alternative would be a `class action` against the top five levels, made possible by new laws in Scotland, as well as, a specific `competitions` CAT (Class Action Tribunal) for UK. It likely will also be aimed at removing SFA Rules designed to prevent access and competition.

with reference to the above remarks, it cannot have escaped anyone`s noticed that SFA has recently promised to `review` the pyramid
structure first decided in 2000-01 ... but these are usually empty promises, since it took 14 years to move forward the last time. The question
being addressed by a potential `class action` suit is whether the vast majority of clubs wish SPFL to continue to dictate and paralyse the entire
game here, fairly obviously (as the former First Minister`s investigation said) to the serious detriment of its economic and technical performance.
Is there (seriously) another option ?

there are actually usually 1000 or more .. there are over 250 clubs in the pyramid, plus ams ... a few games each and you are there.

Means a lot to the new clubs and others who will be applying .... but nowhere near a real `compeition` as in France, where all clubs can enter, plus those in foreign departments (7307 last season) ..... you know .. Arran, Shetland, Orkney, W.Isles, Skye, Rothesay. Balamory ... lookin forward to it, if I last another 100 years.

I think we are going to kiss goodbye to a lot of clubs who are treating their fans like shit ... why should they come back at any point ? They`d be far better employed going to see the top amateurs ... FREE ..
