Just as well you weren't around early in the last century... You never know when you might need to be rescued at sea.

Raith Rovers were shipwrecked off the Canary Islands in 1923. Possibly the Scottish football gods weren't pleased with the club for having had the temerity to introduce the ball into football training a couple of years earlier.

They had to be rescued by fishermen, but you can't rely on a fishing boat being around.

According to reports,  some players disregarded alerts to disembark the stricken ship to dry themselves of from bathing and ensure that they rescued their money.

Thought that was a  good performance today. Lots of aggression in the pressing, defence done well. A bit like Arbroath, we seemed to still play high balls with the wind against us.

The less said about the quality of refereeing, the better.

An absolute fucking waste of water today,  slicking the park, only to see the ball  90% in the fucking air.

A few months ago, this advert got a lot of attention. It’s for staff at a car wash in Texas.

An assistant general manager of a car wash paid about the same as an NHS consultant. I mean, I’m sure those salaries might not be typical for working in a car wash in the US but damn.

Ian Murray admits uncertainty over where Raith Rovers will be playing their football next season is delaying discussions with out-of-contract stars.

But the Stark’s Park boss has revealed a decision is expected to be made on the futures of a handful of players later this month.

The likes of Dylan Easton, Keith Watson, Ross Matthews, Scott McGill, Ross Millen and Ethan Ross have deals expiring at the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Raith have expressed an interest in retaining the services of Shaun Byrne, who is out of contract this summer at Dundee when his Rovers loan runs out.

Just for the sake of clarity, I'd lmfao if Rowling got lifted.

So will she, it's exactly her game plan.

I think she is at the point (and has enough money) to call out what she sees as BS and take on this new law head first.

Many would be shit scared to do what she doing but she genuinely believes in it so will be interesting to see how it plays out.

The responsible Minister was asked more or less this on Radio 4 this morning and said you wouldn't be liable.

I recall reading some KC or other on Twitter stating strict liability inferring 'if it can be published in Scotland it's as good as being said in Scotland'
