For free: Clash of clans - oldie but a goodie. Good for dipping in to given build times. All other ‘build a town and fight’ games I’ve tried are crap in comparison FIFA mobile - latest version is pretty decent, the versus attack mode good for a 90 second blast against opposition. Can level up quite quickly too without spending if you are prepped MLB 9 innings - baseball game, some decent modes and never spent a penny on it Civ revolutions 2 - divides PC civilization users but I think it’s decent. A quick game can be done in 30 mins, if you fight can extend to a few hours but saves every turn so can come back to it. Also doesn’t need network to play. Pay for it unlike the others but I’ve played hundreds of games on it.
