Why do you not like gay people?
He went to a gay bar once by accident and someone asked if they could push his stool in.

Ignoring the brutal "Dungdee" patter for a second, what are you basing this on exactly?
Only about the last 35 years or so I would have thought????

Andy Mackie (rip). Was a dandy and then went onto become a Man Utd supporter.
He was in Barcelona to witness their unbelievable comeback against Bayern Munich.

Were you in that double decker bus that some of the staunch Caley fans hired which you got to pull up outside the Telford St ground against the outside wall, and then the guys would take turns to bawl abuse through the wee top deck slidey windows? before long all of the windows would steam up.
No I wasn't on the bus at that game, at the time that was supposed to be a demonstration of the sheer frustration and bitterness between the Caley rebels and the board of directors caused by the proposed merger.
But looking back now after all these years that has to go down as one of the funniest moments I personally witnessed at Telford street.
Before all the windows kept steaming up the unforgettable banner "So you thought you could ban us Mr Falconer?" Was held up to the delight of the rest of us in the Howden end.
Can't imagine what Jim Falconer (rip) must have thought when that went up. He must have believed that he had managed to silence the rebels by handing out banning orders but possibly never realised the lengths some of the boys would go to to try and save their club.

Something I've been curious about but have never asked; how many of you guys supported Caledonian FC or Inverness Thistle before the merger?
Or did the majority become fans post merger? Did you support anyone else before ICT formed?
Honestly not trying to be a WUM with this, just something I've always wondered about. Would be cool to hear more info about that time too, if anyone has stories.
Dyed in the wool Caley fan, spent my formative years travelling the Highland league grounds following the club I loved. Was initially against the merger (was actually involved in securing the services of a lawyer from Perth to possibly block the motion) but eventually came around to the possibilities of what could be about to happen.
Many of my closest friends and travelling companions never came around and to this day curse the name ICT.
Might seem strange but our biggest and fiercest rivals both on and off the park were neither Thistle or Ross County but the once mighty Elgin City??? My how the mighty have fallen.

Old school clip.
Oh what a glorious night! Back then we thought teams like Airdrie were invincible.
One of my greatest memories from Telford street. I still miss the old place.

Nathan Austin has just been unveiled by Kelty Hearts.
I just hope that he's able to raise his game to play at that level.

Yep. Falkirk just get a list of free agents, fly them up, sign them and do this model-like photo shoot with them and all their fans start fingering themselves before the manager has even seen them play, and they all turn out to be utter fucking shite.
It's the Falkirk way don't you know?

Few on OTB saying Stelios Demetriou is in Inverness training at the gyms. Maybe nothing in it but possibly signing for yous? Won’t be for us anyway
I thought that the reason he left and went down south was because his missus couldn't settle up here?
Got family down the road.

A bit of paper talk going around that we are chasing big Fash (Austin), would be delighted if we could get him, not heard any rumours down here, what's the word on the street in Inverness. Would imagine he would be on a decent wage as well, we are apparently ambitious if you read press reports so you never know.
Take him please, in fact p.m. me your stadiums postcode I'll drive him myself.

Folk on CTO slagging off David Sutherland ffs. That guy is the reason we got to the SPL in the first place. Do we have the most moronic fans currently on Earth?
Yes, yes we do!
Well certainly more than our fair share.

There's a fair number of our fans who are indeed unbelievably whiney b*****ds.
I'd bet some would still be unhappy if the game was played at the park across from their house half an hour after their dinner and Robbo brought them a cup of tea at half time.
Unless they're playing in my front garden I'm no opening the curtains.
