Right, it's taken me a good hour to catch up on the mewlings on here, good to see the DABs have found their voices again and I'm genuinely delighted for RandomGuy who is acting like a boy who's just got his hole for the first time.
Obviously I'm ITK as f**k and can knowingly laugh at some of the posts on here. Not one person has the true fee and no-one will get it.
Watching from afar results haven't been good enough and I still think we need a RB, CH and obviously a new striker.
Greg Stewart's position hasn't changed - he is ambitious and won't be extending but if a good offer comes in we can accept or decline - no clause.

Mulgrew's wife is a grass. They live in a beautiful £750k house in Lenzie - not too far from the Peruvian drug smuggling lassie. Two of my mates were delivering a kitchen to one of the new builds next door and inadvertently swore within earshot of her children. Rather than ask them to watch their mouths, she reported them to the site manager who barred them off site.
Terrible business.
Ironic that the very children she neglected are now too precious to hear sweary words.

Except he does not, he does not mention anyone by name, the extract was taken from fan questions that he was answering where he mainly points out the obvious, if a player, coach or manager is doing good things then they will be rewarded, hardly a groundbreaking or surprising statement.
Warburton had a decent 1st season and achieved his objectives, getting to the Scottish cup final while hammering Dundee and beating celtic would have been seen as good achievements but the real test will come this season, a solid second place while continuing the rebuilding process will be considered a success and will no doubt be the 'return' that King mentions.
So your interpretation of the comments is as much guesswork as mine? Yet you have "no doubt" over your version?

They are? where do they (Rangers) state he has exceeded expectations? and where do they (Rangers) state they are going to double his salary overnight?
Dave King clearly states that Warburtons performance was of a level and consistency higher than they expected and that they will not wait to contract expiry to reward him.
This is the main piece I found embarrassing tbh - surely he's simply met the minimum expectations for a manager in his position or are the Rangers admitting they didn't expect to stroll the Championship after all the money they threw at it?
Now the figures are complete paper talk, I'll give you that one - I'd be surprised if he was on as little as £6k a week currently but there is no doubt he's in for a sizeable increase with promotion and the arrival and reported salary of one Brendan Rodgers.

To be fair to Kane he got 3 goals in our first 8 games and IIRC was out of the team for a lot of it.
