Seems a similar signing to when we signed Lappin.
Unlucky.
The more I think about it we have dropped silly points from winning positions, maybe Neilson wanted a bit of experience to manage games when trying to see them out.
The fact Aberdeen have made good use of similar signings in this league would suggest it may be a shrewd move.

Not watched him in years so I'll wait till I see him to judge, hopefully works better than swanson has.

Cheers.Pretty well, took on and beat Falkirk players several times, seemed really up for it but will probably need a few games to settle in, also our midfield was below par today so he did shine that bit more.
He's been a bit of a supersub for us, never really shines when starting games but always makes an impact from the bench.

25 - 30 mins.
Again its appreciated plus its wound up the g&g's on social media, sectarian named player scores sectarian goal lol.
That could be an important goal in the title race.
Goal aside how did he play?

Appreciated.

Is Bambino from the ferry?? Worrying times!

I can't see it being Liam smith as he is pretty much back up to Paterson.
That's why I thought it was Ian smith.

I thought we were talking ian smith? Is it Liam smith? If it is I considered him a first team squad player.

Apparently we're wanting your U20 captain Smith? On loan, how is he?
Played well when I've watched him, iirc used to be a striker now a midfielder. Good on the ball, stand out when we won against Hibs at Tynie (East of scotland shield?)

Get the young lads some games. Then find a manager who doesnt shite the bed. Etc.
I'm 29, most of my life Aberdeen have massively underachieved and been pretty shit. Numerous shite managers have come and gone but when you guys have a half decent/good one you want rid. It's like you hate not having a gaffer to moan about. Who you going to replace Mcinnes with?

I actually thought he might be quite good for St Johnstone, always looked a limited but steady player.
I did aswell, maybe in a couple of years after he's been playing regularly. For me is issue was he wanted to win every ball and needs to learn when to drop off. A bit eager to impress at times so makes rash decisions, certainly got potential. Btw what's happened to Forster? Has he been injured or just out of favour?

How was Brad Mckay at Hearts? Evidence to suggest he should be alright at a lower tier?
More than good enough for that level.

Astounding if it's fitness that is the issue. Boys a machine.
Mowbray binned him because of it and he came in half way through the year, hardly astounding.

Swansons on his way out of Hearts seemingly too.
Not fit enough to get a game it seems, cant comment on his ability as we haven't seen it. Anderson just wasn't good enough.

He's the best prospect at the club and we have lost that spark up front since he's been out.
I like walker but I expect sam and Patterson to have better careers.

As far as I can tell there's no substance to any of the rumours. Daily Record journos frantically bashing away at their keyboards making shite up about Stubbs as soon as a job comes up. Both managers have done well but a bit early for either to get a move I think.
I'd agree with your last sentence entirely and the rest is plausible, still it's always Stubbs and not Neilson.
0 -
Maybe not. Do you think Stubbs has an agent chasing after English Championship jobs for him?
Not that I'd know but it's strange he gets mentioned for every job that comes up and RN doesn't, considering Neilsons done a better job so far.

He's two years into his first job, the first year was against mostly part time or diddy teams. I think Stubbs gets a mention because he has a bigger profile down south. His agent may be putting feelers out aswell, he's done a good job but if Hibs don't go up this year it won't look great on his cv. Theyd also have to cut the budget I'd imagine with no big games or parachute payments. How come Neilson is never rumoured for any of the jobs down south? Actual mystery.
Walker on a new 1 year extension is good news for both parties. A lot of scouts looking at him and Mrs P's baby boy just now.
Mrs p's baby boy?

It wasn't to convince any gunt. Spending time on the internet trying to claim this poster is that poster and done this and that on other parts of the inter web is pretty tragic though.
Up there with comparing bog roll and urinals imo

While we're still here, I take it these superior facilities are raking in a fortune and hibs are turning a profit? What's their turnover compared to ours?
0 -
All facilities are better.
A mud hut in North East Africa/Lincoln has better bogs than your main stand though.
Christ your still at it! Do you post on Hibs threads much or just rabidly in here?

What because I commented on your stadium debate? Fair dos.
I jest but debating who's toilet facilities are better is strange behaviour.

I think the thread title needs changed to " Heart of Midlothian season 15/16 bambino explains it all"

Great business, if the **** take O'halloran then third is looking sealed. Not great in the short term but long term we got cash from moving players on for next year.
*cant believe you can't post about attila's!
