Yeah I think your right has been more random over last few seasons. I always think Thursday media day. 
 

Wednesday is normally their day off however that’s not to say McPake is off as I’m sure he has said in interviews that when he got the job he wanted to be flexible due to his family. 
 

Be nice if we got something today as the pre season hype started off high and of recent has fallen flat.

Not that it matters as that ship has now sailed. Long term playing Andrew Tod is the correct thing to do for me.

We need fresh faces in, its going to be tough but still have the whole month.

Unsure what is going on but it’s clear we are not in the best position going into the first game of the season. We have not beat Airdrie but nice last season and that was thanks to a collapse by them, they have strengthened so it will be interesting. 

Mcpake obviously wanted McGowan but I think the fact Tod has put in a few decent performances maybe the board decided it better to give him game time than pay money for McGowan as Tod fits the model of developing players.

As for the close signing, McPake shouldn’t have said anything as everyone is now questioning the reason nothing has happened.

Went past Rosyth today on the way to work, boys were training hard to see much as they were doing running. Wighton was with Paul McGowan. Not much else to go on.

I’m assuming that if or when Kennedy comes in it will be to give us versatility in formations. Alternatively I think he could play within that front 3 that we have should OHara or Wighton get injured.
