Yeah they know of Livi United"s interest in the EoS.

What is intriguing is the level of work that has been undertaken at Central Park,it's looking good, only floodlights missing for now.

And the sooner the committee realise the juniors is gone and move to eosl the better

Well my post in response to thefootballguy might still be correct. Why would I have an agenda against the club?

I'm beginning to think its you that's the troll, how many accounts have you had on here now?

And if everyone on here hates Fauldhouse so much why does everyone seem to want them in the same league system as the clubs these people support?

Allowing for the fact that Livingston United will be heading to the EOS league next year do you think that the EOS junior league is a viable product in the near to long term future?

Nope the east juniors isn’t and Fauldhouse along with Whitburn should have left the juniors last year

  3. If they want Colts teams then there should be a full pyramid and they start at the bottom of the pyramid. Living down South the premier leaugue can play their u23’s in the EFL Trophy. None of them have won it yet. The closest to the final was Chelsea who got beat by my local team Lincoln City in the semi final a couple of seasons ago. Personally I’m not keen on that as they can field players who played in the champions leaugue the week before. There should be no B teams. If they want to develop players then loan them out to teams at the bottom to get experience.

i remember whitburn turning up at carmuirs with bus loads of people. Its a shame to see that

Yup. In my day used to be at least 2 busses plus cars to most away games. There is potential there to get closer tie with the youngsters get them and their parents along on a Saturday and be a proper community club

Yeah it's like they know its mental, but they're that stuck in their ways they'd do anything to stay where they are.

It's like going to the EoS would be like defeat to them!!

One thing I do know its like 2 men and a dug at the games now so I've been told, crowds have plummeted at Central park over the last 5yrs or so.

8 mile,I work beside Keasty, told him I would be down to the Newton for a game next season hopefully to see LL football.

I’ve not been for years in fact nearly 19 as been living down south and rarely back. My grandpa worked closely with Jim all those years ago and built up a good following but as you say that’s died away. They need to move with the times and move out the juniors.

in saying that the juniors as a whole should have been part of a proper pyramid years ago.

Aye a great day capped off with captain Stevie Prior scoring the winning penalty in the shootout.

How far we have fallen since that day on the playing field, off it Central Park continues to be upgraded and is looking the part.

Only way forward is the EoS league......

Absolutely correct, but try mention it in the Facebook group your comment/post isn’t accepted or deleted

This was back in the day when the club was just called "Whitburn".

I can remember your late secretary Jim Donald berating the whole East Region committee at a meeting, for calling the club "Whitburn Juniors" in some document or other.

Aye and we should have kept with what Jim said. Sadly we’ve been left behind

Another once proud junior club in glencairn reduced to this sort of shambolic thing.

Starts of with one person opinion on things spreading through a small committee shoved down throats next thing a small band of members and fans know it everything they have ever known and loved about the football has changed. They will be left bemused confused and wondering what the hell is going on even if statement after statement has been issued in the lead up to this.

The clubs left in the junior cup next season to carry on the proud tradition will be the clubs that have a true back bone and value for the supporter.

You’re talking more rubbish than Boris Johnson

  9. Keeps freezing will have to try on laptop. Hoping the fans will start coming back to watch us
