I have been all in on this from the start. I think left backs and Motherwell are usually a good match.
In saying that I would still like to see Seddon get some game time. We probably need to get a couple of goals up to allow wider use of the bench.
The interesting thing is who gets the spots for the semi. Is it just whoever happens to be in the team at that point or does SK select his ‘best’ team, and what I mean by that is will he overthink things.
I think Robinson does a job in the same way that Curtis Main did a job when the young boys were running riot. If nothing else he softens up the defence for the finishers to come on and ehm finish the game.
Hoilett impeded SODs swing to strike the ball in the way that is only important in Old Firm matches. I think he strikes the top of his foot/ankle against Hoilett’s heel and goes down, seemed quite natural. He should have got the pass away quicker.
