  1. Garbage from the board of Hibs. Lot of their fans not best pleased.

For those thinking this doesn't concern their club, Hibs were financially one of the biggest losers during the cheating years. For me it has nothing to do with cheating my club, ebt's, stripping titles. It's about ridding all member clubs of the rats at the SFA.

we don't need two corrupt governing bodies when one will do.

  2. In conversation with an older brother last night. He isn't in the country often, but still buys his rangers season ticket.

I asked him why he wanted the current board out.

He said he was sick of the crooks, spivs, and conmen running his club into the ground.

I asked what the alternative was.

    Dave King, he said.

And that is why I can still slag my brothers and their fellow berz, and I still get to point & laugh.

Other than the new club folding, they want the same as me.

  3. It's seems the fans of the new club actually want what most others want. For them to be led around by the nose by some crook that is no better than anyone else they've had in that position.

    And pay for the privilege.

Glib & Shameless will run the club using everyone else's cash & keep the club in a retarded state.

I want King to get the gig. They will be controlled by spivs & shysters for years to come.

I actually want them to fold, but this is certainly next best outcome.

  4. You forgot to add the European Club Association and their assertion and recognition of the full continuity. Get it right ffs.

UEFA recognition was given as an agreement with the member association. Basically they wanted no part of this and agreed to go along with whatever the SFA wet themselves into deciding.

In terms of football then, there is continuity & that suits the suits.

    And the Orcs.

    And the meeja.

Any legal viewpoint would be, and has been, that this would be laughed at in law.

  5. When I wanted to start going to football Celtic were my local team. My dad & both elder brothers tried taking me to Ibrox but I didn't like it. After we moved to west of the city my younger brothers started to support thistle (he doesn't really go much) & St Mirren. Other than the thistle fan we are all season tickets.

My son goes to St Mirren with his uncle. Would never try to persuade him otherwise.

  6. That's it dom. I dunno where it is but I'm really looking forward to swervedriver. They recently played an exclusive play of their first album in the embassy club(I think) in London so I'm hoping they are in a reflective mood again. The f**k buttons, I assume, will achieve what the commonwealth couldn't and dissolve the red road flats. If they don't mogwai will.

Festi 6 I've always heard good feedback from. Never got there though !

Richmond Park is opposite Shawfield Stadium. Should be a good gig.

  7. I was kinda hoping people were past the stage of reading/quoting the Sun/Record. It's all bullshit. Lazy reporting for the thickwit masses. No offence.

  8. We are being told again today to be careful what we wish for.

    Why ?

I wish both Sevco and Celtic dead.

Celtic are heading for desperate times without their business partners in crime.

Salary levels are gonnae crash as the income deteiorates due to their faithful fans deserting the cause due to the death of the Old Firm bigotfest.

Supporting Celtic will become null and void.

They really need Sevco and will vote yes.

    Lawwell is a lying cnut.

    What utter pish.

    Salary levels wil drop?

You mean we won't be able to pay utter fannies, like Hooper & Loovens & Wilson & Mulgrew?

    I cannot fucking wait.

Btw, i cant remember Peter Lawwell lying to any Cetic fan.

  9. Ummm. If you attend away games, then presently those teams get 100% of your gate. If gates were shared, Celtic would get half that back. Given that you've a Parkhead season ticket, and hence a hefty discount on the walk-up fee over the course of a season, you'd end up seeing significantly more of your hard-earned going to your own club than at present (where they get the whole of your discounted season seat, and nothing every second week).

Up to a point. The discount on walk up could be under a ton. Next season our crowds will dip, but half of say 40,000 one week, and maybe 9,000 the next, is still less than keeping the whole 40,000 every 2 weeks.

*Gates may go up as well as down*

  10. It takes 12 teams to make the league, without the 10 diddies you'd have nowhere to play. Why should you both take so much revenue out of the game?

There would have been no uproar from the other 10 clubs when Gretna was in the league. The only teams who can possibly lose out of shared receipts are the OF, and maybe Hearts (doubtful). All the rest would have more cash.

With Rangers back in the SPL in 1-3 seasons and voting (vetoing) with Celtic on all financial matters, this is the one and only chance the rest of the SPL will get to peg both clubs back to the pack. Otherwise we'll be left with the exact same situation we've had for the next 25 years.

It's time the OF starting putting money back in to the league instead of draining the fans and cash from everywhere else in the country.

    http://www.football-.../home_avg_atte/

Based on the average gates, the OF will lose heavily, Hearts would gain a small amount, the other 9 clubs gaining a lot. Sounds fair to me.

What, my 620 quid should comprise of £310 to my club, and £310 spread around other clubs? I already pay every fortnight to other clubs. Are your clubs fans putting the same in the pot? Ok, we'll go for that.
