That is a serious amount of running in such a short period. You training for a race?
No, just trying to increase my fitness. I may consider races in the future, though.

I've always been a fairly fit guy but I've decided to be more consistent with my running. 22 days ago, I decided to get started and since then, I've ran 144K.
If you break that down, I've ran, on avergae, 8K each night, giving myself 3 days off in between. Feeling fresh and fitter than ever and don't plan on stopping.

It's the wording that twitter feed uses, such as 'it is our understanding that x has agreed a contract', suggesting that you are in the know when in reality, you've just read the paper like the rest of us.
Additionally, I have not once seen that twitter feed citing a source for the information it provides. If you are going to give out the info, at least have the courtesy to state where the story has come from.

I don't personally update the Twitter page on signings, bar the Kabba-Mouda Cham deal but if it's something that you, the readers, don't like, we can change it. At the end of the day, this type of page is set up for people just like yourself who cannot make it to games on a Saturday. We want to hear your feedback on it.

I did not create the Twitter account. I am one of four people who were asked to occasionally supply updates on games.
lifts stuff out of the Telegraph and on this occasion the official site.
The page was originally started when the Greenock Telegraph introduced a subscription fee to their website. With less people being able to access the football stories, and the more and more people joining Twitter, a simple solution was made so that more Morton supporters could learn about all the latest news coming out of Cappielow without having to pay.
With most clubs, when a new singing is made, the first time most fans hear about it is not through the local paper, but through Twitter. A simple RT can branch out a tweet to thousands upon thousands of people; something the tele doesn't do.The main purpose of the page though is to supply updates on games, which we do very well.
If you don't like what we are doing then that's fine, you don't need to follow us. All we're trying to do though is supply updates to people who do not buy or read the Greenock Telegraph, or fans who cannot make it to Morton games each weekend.

It would be a huge step up for both players. Leaving a newly formed, unsuccessful club to sign for a club of Morton's stature may be quite intimidating.

Have you had a handicap before? If so, they often give you somewhere between your old handicap and old handicap plus two.
My old handicap was, coincidentally, 16.

Handed in three scorecards: +9, +10 and +11.
In return, I've been given a handicap of 16? Quite bizzare in my opinion but I should be able to get a cut pretty quickly.

A boy that was in my year at school is on his Sixth Year holiday in Kavos at the moment and while he was lying unconscious somewhere a stranger took a shite on his chest. Poor guy.
The lads in my school who have went on their 6th year holiday tweeted after two days. From what I gather, one guys already jailed, one was fined €200 for touching a lap dancers arse, one spent the night in hospital after cracking his head against at the side of the pool, one was robbed off a prostitute and the other has broken his nose after getting into a fight with someone.
You can take the boys out of Greenock...
