  1. Hopefully The Rangers get a 15 point deduction so they remember not to do it again!!
  2. I don't even know where they are getting that the judge condemned the SFA/SPFL or that he said their punishments were illegal. From what I've seen he acknowledged the SFA/SPFL rules and acknowledged that all the clubs signed up to them and that's why he sent it to an arbitration. He did say the potential punishments were "severe" but no where did he state (from what I've seen) that the punishments are illegal or unjust.
  3. I've seen a few of them say this. They think that if they take this back to the Court of Session that Lord Clark will go mental at the idea of the SFA punishing Hearts as he stated (in their imagination) that he "wouldn't stand for it". They are running out of straws to clutch!!
  4. Some Jambos are speculating on what they want to do if the SFA/SPFL remove their membership.
  5. If Heart's and Partick Thistle's memberships were removed as a punishment can they apply to join another league set up like Northern Ireland or Wales? I've got a Jambo mate that claims he'd love Hearts to join the Northern Irish league as "it's an easy route in to the Champions League". I'm pretty sure if it were that easy to move leagues other clubs in crap leagues would have done it before.
  6. I keep hearing we've sacked 70 members of staff. Have I missed it? I read that 3-4 players were released and about 4-5 coaches, who were the other 61 staff members we punted?
  7. Apologies if this has already been covered. I just read Hearts joint statement from yesterday, they say they are not in dispute with Dundee U, Cove or Raith but rather with the SPFL for not looking after them and they can't wrap their head around those clubs representing themselves during these proceedings. They are trying to stop all 3 from being promoted which is a direct attack on those clubs which will hurt them so obviously those clubs would want to defend themselves! Also the bit about the SPFL not looking after them, Doncaster put it to 2 reconstruction votes despite most clubs not wanting it. He actively touted it as the preferred option throughout but the majority of clubs didn't want it! What more could Doncaster do? Doncaster is an arse but he did all he could to get it through but the majority said no.
  8. Bill Leckie seems to be the only one in Glasgow that calls it like it is: "He’s (Craig Gordon) also bang on when he expresses his dismay that Scottish football hasn’t been able to sort itself out despite its problems not meaning a toss compared to what’s going on in the wider world. Without wishing to pick an argument with one of the game’s good guys, though, I have to say that, if he’s searching for a reason why it’s all gone so pear-shaped, it’s right under his nose; right there in his boyhood club’s boardroom. Hearts are the ones who finished bottom of the table despite spending top-three money on players. Hearts are the ones who panicked and demanded those players take pay cuts before the government even had the chance to introduce the furlough scheme. Hearts backed the wrong horse in the vote on ending the season early, then again on the vote calling for an independent probe into how that decision was reached. A reconstruction plan that would have saved their bacon fell on its backside, even though their own sugar-mummy Ann Budge chaired the committee who came up with it. They dragged United, Raith Rovers and Cove Rangers into their legal fight to have the final tables declared void, a situation that has left Raith fearing they’ll be unable to risk a six-figure legal bill and will simply be crossing their fingers that the decision goes their way. As if this wasn’t heavy-handed enough, Budge then nicked Robbie Neilson from Tannadice as her new manager — a hefty investment which, along with the deal to bring Gordon in from Celtic, is an almighty boot in the stones for every employee forced into a drop in wages when Budge pleaded poverty. I know Jambos fans will be sick of reading this, maybe even as sick as I am of writing it, but it has to be put on record that, despite dominating the headlines for pretty much all of these 115 locked-down days, their club have produced not one positive, winning idea. Good God, even when the hugely-generous James Anderson offered a donation of millions to make sure no clubs went down the pan, all Budge had to do was introduce him to Neil Doncaster and let them shake hands, but even then she managed to turn it into a fight. Like Rangers chairman Douglas Park before her, she’s read the room wrong time and again. She’s been fighting shadows, punching smoke. Plus, when she and her lawyers were throwing their weight around by plunging the plans of the three lower league winners into disarray, why didn’t they have the courage to claim that Celtic shouldn’t have been named Premiership champions? After all, if they’re actually saying relegation shouldn’t have counted, how can the title stand? Sorry, but there are more holes in Budge’s defence than . . . well, there were in her back four all last season, which really is saying something. And, for the umpteenth time, let me also say without fear of contradiction that, if they’d come off the bottom by winning at Paisley in the last, pivotal match before the shutters came down, we’d never have heard a peep from them. So, sure, there will be bad blood whatever happens now. But it’s Hearts who spilled it. Sure, it’ll forever be a crying shame that they, Partick Thistle and Stranraer were condemned to the drop when they still had enough games left to save themselves. But there are also countless businesses who might never open their doors again, tens of thousands of workers sweating over when they’ll earn a crust again. All Hearts were asked to do was suck up some rank bad luck and agree to kick a ball around in a different division come August — a division they’d be odds-on favourites to win. Whatever happens next in this sorry, sordid saga, the fact that they preferred to cause chaos for everyone else around them will stain those famous maroon shirts for a long time to come." https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/5777365/craig-gordon-hearts-relegation-row-bill-leckie/
  9. I think he's the same guy as that Mega Rich Jambo account. He'll get banned and come back as something else but hopefully you're right and once the judge slaps them about hopefully he goes back to Kickback!!
  10. I suppose but then the vote was put to the Premiership teams and apparently all 12 teams voted in it's favour, so why did Hearts vote for it? Seems crazy they voted for that and are now contesting it.
  11. This answers your question. Plus that vote had nothing to do with ending the Premiership so it only applies for Partick not Hearts.
  12. That was my thinking of it but they seem to think they are being bullied and the judge will take pity on them. One said "It's a threat and Clarky (Judge) doesn't like that!!"
  13. Apparently they are celebrating because the Judge was made aware of the Dundee vote fiasco (why Hearts are celebrating that is beyond me as that pertains to Partick and not them as that vote didn't affect the Premiership) and the SPFL QC said yesterday they could remove Hearts and Partick's membership and that was something he had to consider in his judgement. They think the judge will side with them because of this!! They are clutching at straws here but that's nothing new!!
  14. Yeah, they all went mental claiming "That's it" and "Boom, there it is" but no one will say what they heard or what was said as they say they are not allowed to!! Hopefully they are talking shite! They say they can discuss it after 4pm, said the SPFL lawyer has "scored an own goal"
  15. Took a quick look at Kickback, they have turned on one of their own who suggested it wasn't going well so far and started insulting him. All the other replies seem to suggest their lawyer is "Playing a blinder" and they have got this!!
  16. Cheers, been here for years and had no idea. I went back and resized it.
  17. I apologise for that screenshot being so big, sent it on my phone then checked the PC and it looked huge!
  18. Dundee Utd are thieves apparently and have robbed Hearts. No dignity, no shame!!
  19. God damn it so this could rumble on for a while. That also makes the SPFL producing a fixture list even better!!
  20. Cheers, that makes sense. Will be interesting to see what the judge makes of it.
  21. I have very limited legal/court knowledge. To anyone that does will there be a decision made on Wednesday or is this like a pre trial thing or will the case go on for a few days?
