I must have been watching a diff game today, I can’t count the darvel keeper having 1 save to make the first half or beith having a chance! It was so one sided that it was embarrassing
the first goal was a break of fortune as the ball bobbled and took 2 players out( prior to the boy slotting it home) one being caldwell who I have no idea how he gets a game worst player Iv witnessed at any football level! His 2nd touch is a tackle as his first is that bad, Same player missed a header bang on halftime that was harder to miss if it had been at least 1/1 at ht beith couldn’t have complained!
2nd half darvel all over them balls cleared of lines hit posts allsorts only one team looked like scoring then a rocket from a talented player with lovely feet all game 2-0 game over! Not deserved 2-0 for me as they done nothing the whole game. Just my opinion on what I seen today darvel have 6/7 sore heads in there squad players who for me are passengers.
meechan is terrible Cant defend
new midfielder strong but slow
reilly slower than slow lucky to have stayed on the park
glasgow youd think Talbot sent a ringer he’s went backwards 100 yards
Caldwell makes it 11v 10 every week
defence has no stability altho eadie gets pass marks Daryl massive miss for them im not sure they have won a game without him so far?
you must be some player!

I can’t believe that’s us at the end of the year and we’ve only played 8 league games. No criticism of anyone just the way it works out sometimes.
having floodlights, getting midweek games!

if picked for live tv game be interesting to see what if anything darvel do to keep game on?
I recall talbot purchasing frost covers to ensure Ayr game had every chance to stay on as live tv would not cover rescheduled match.

Grass bankings are taken into account for capacity.
It's only the SPFL matches that don't allow grass banking.
I think....
darvel is 2,200 and pollok is 900?

Pollok away is always one of the most difficult fixtures on the calendar and from what I could see through my rain speckled specs we thoroughly deserved the draw.
A good hard fought point against tough opponents. Onwards and upwards
Are you not disappointed with some of the goals we are conceding though, decent point today I agree but defensively we need to improve.
thought pollok goal was offside but could be wrong.

agree, thought talbot controlled 2nd half and could have been 3 points.

Just read on another thread there that Liverpool will have played the maximum possible number of games this season, 38 league, 13 CL, 6 FA Cup and 6 League cup making 63 matches in total.
Talbot will play their 57th in the Junior Cup final. Ridiculous to put working men through that. Roll on next season with a 16 team league.
talbots first pre season friendly last year was 5th june, their playing final match 4th june!

lok 0 rob roy 3 ht 0-1
another shocker from the lok
except for matty grant hitting the bar
nothing created again
3-0 down brings on a left back with 5mins to go
great management decision
bankies got beat at home from glenafton, they could have leapfrogged pollok into 3rd place.
