Bit encouraging that coming off the back of a scudding at FIrhill. Don’t know what Utd were playing at, camped on their 18 yard line for large parts of the game, allowing us to play in front of them… maybe that’s Jim getting them prepared for how they’ll play in the Prem.
As for the exuberance of the Dundee Utd faithful, well we enjoyed our time at New Douglas Park last May and also at The Falkirk Stadium in March, so suppose we’ll take that one on the chin… literally.
Thought you lot were excellent tbh.

New level on tinpot unlocked.
Dundee fans squaring up to Airdrie after winning a league they should always be winning was so so tinpot. Considering we won you the league by beating raith.
Your team just won the league. Go jump about instead of trying to scrap.
It was embarrassing.
Happy for you to blame Dundee fans though

^^^ shiteing it off the Airdrie fans.
I’m a lover, not a fighter.
I have made the assumption it was an Airdrie fan, it may well have been some of ours fighting amongst themselves, but running across to do it in front of the airdrie support would be an odd choice in that case!
Fucking stupid having a pitch invasion after our worst performance of the season regardless.

Did the TV cameras get the on-field pavement dancing? Looked like one of the Airdrie fans took offence to the pitch invasion and started swinging.
Multiple cop cars and vans now arrived and several more passing me as I head back to the station!

This is fucking shite. Airdrie have been the better team by miles. None of our players look as comfortable on the ball as Charlie Telfer, and for some reason we seem happy to give him loads of space.
Vast improvement needed in the second half.
ETA- our only two bits of real quality so far came from the two lads in the stand heading the ball back onto the pitch

In your canon of bafflingly stupid comments on this forum, this is one of the stupidest. Good to know that you have the deepest of respect for the old firm then.
Please do not consider this as a defence of the village idiot, but good supports and large supports are not the same thing...

I've seen people compare it to Austin and McMahon.
As in "this is absolutely dreadful in comparison to Austin and McMahon"?

Was in France for a few days there. Had almost forgotten how bad the general standard of driving is. The attitude seems to be “I am driving on this road, this road is mines” which I guess is an incredibly French way to look at it. What it means for every c**t else is that they have to be absolutely on their game the whole fucking time.

Censoring replays is pretty pathetic for someone with a sore leg.
Especially when we get constant close-ups of Jordan Pickford's offensive mug

That was absolutely shambolic from Liverpool

Everton fans seething about VAR correctly denying them a penalty after Ashley Young's antics at the weekend is class

In many ways, Dundee are the blueprint for what we would want to do next season. A sensible managerial appointment and a huge turnover in playing staff. Most of their signings have done well, and as a result they get top 6. Gits
We’ll need to stop spending so much on the pitch maintenance

Ticket purchased for Friday night. Similar to a lot of you, I'm too young to have enjoyed Dens in 83, and the only other league title in my lifetime was the COVID one.
As a result, to be perfectly honest, I'm not getting my hopes up!

Scheffler is obviously doing ridiculous things at the moment, which has made it easy to miss that Nelly Korda is doing exactly the same on the LPGA.
She leads by 4 with 8 to go as she attempts to win her 5th tournament in a row. She missed the green at 10, but chipped in for birdie on what has been the hardest hole of the week

They don't "just about find a way to win", you fucking moron, they have actually won.
And as I'm typing, he's actually said it again

Every time I see Liam Grimshaw, I think he’s the worst footballer I’ve ever seen. And then I remember we have Jordan Tillson in the same fucking team.
That was really poor tonight, but we got the point we needed (but didn’t really need). Hopefully the performance is better next week now everything is officially wrapped up
