  1. Semple was always only here until January anyway as it was a short loan. In knowing this we brought in Maguire who I may add has looked every bit as capable as Semple from what I’ve seen so far. Ross County have seen an opportunity arise with Semple going back down south and they have enquired about him. We all know the County owner isn’t short of a bob or two and they are getting a player they know can perform well at this level so it’s a no brainer really. As for the folk wondering why we never got him back, we don’t need him. I will miss him but as I said we got somebody else in. Brownlie is back also and there are other positions in the team that need strengthened first and foremost.
  2. Anyone attending the bounce match against Annan tonight? I hear the American boy McGrath will be getting a run out for us. Brownlie also returns.
  3. LTS never mentioned anything about Kerr being poor...
  4. Solid player with good potential. If we hadn’t brought in Maguire then I would have been gutted about this.
  5. Brownlie is good cover to have back nonetheless but he’ll struggle to get into the team unless someone is injured/suspended.
  6. http://www.fcbuffalo.org/mcgrath-signs-for-nashville-sc/ Found a little info on him. Plays in midfield but can also cover at the back.
  7. At this moment in time I would say this is Naysmiths best starting 11 since taking over as manager. We are hard to beat and scoring goals. Very impressed with his January signings so far and there’s still a couple more to come which will help this small squad. If we can avoid injuries then I’m very optimistic of a successful second half of the season.
  8. My mistake I’m new to this and not familiar with users. Looks like Moffat has really stepped up while Shankland has been out injured...
  9. Ridiculous. You clearly don’t see the work Dykes does. And Michael Moffat 3 goals in 19 games with 4 assists is hardly the best second striker in the league.

  11. 4 nil battering of top of the league, back into the play offs, Harkins sent off for Partick. It’s a good Saturday...
  12. Pickard has terminated his contract and Hooper has been told to find a new club
  13. I thought Anderson was already away, that's what was reported in one paper few weeks ago.
  14. No money, some very poor players and a whole new squad assembled in a short space of time. We were against it from the start of the season. Morton are slowly falling down the league and looking at you're next three fixtures i would'nt get comfy yet. Who knows, both of us might be in the seaside league next season.
  15. Aye a poor Queen of the South team that you're mob have yet to beat this season.
  16. March is a big month for Queens and Gus. What the recent mini run in the cup? Not much cash will have been made there.
  17. Correct SD he has played at left back many times in his career.
  18. Potter, Holt, A.Reid and Higgins can all play left back so we definetely don't need a left back. Holt is a left sided midfielder. Our striking options at the moment are Parkin, Clark, Reilly, Brighton and Smillie. Haven't seen a lot of Smillie but he has got a bit of pace about of him. Brighton can operate at left midfield but he just isn't very good in my opinion. Clark and Johnston can play left mid aswell but Johnston has been good in central midield recently so i'd keep him there.
