  1. I really enjoy Suits and for me it's a unique show. I hate every single character, they're all a shower of b*****ds; and yet they are thoroughly entertaining to watch.

  2. Daryl does not appear in any of the comics(well he hasn't where I'm up at but I'm a few months behind)

He was made(like his brother) entirely for the show.

Was writing something long, insightful and informative, gave up.

    Kirkman's a boring c**t.

  3. Brave

Pixar have a huge job on their hands every single time now- they're expected to achieve brilliance in every film they make, but at the same time they are trying to do something different with it all. So I feel sorry for them this time, because they've made a film that's imaginative, hilarious and comes with a bit of good, old-fashioned Pixar heart, but it's ultimately disappointing.

Some fantastic moments, and great characters- Billy Connolly as the King of ancient Scotland is a particularly good voice performance and you really should give it your time because it's very clever and a lot of fun, but put it up against Wall-E or Toy Story and it can't compete. One of Pixar's weakest films ever.

On reflection, the trailers hint to the big plot surprise very nicely, a bit like Midnight In Paris last year.

    6/10

There is something lacking in the film but I'm not sure what. 6/10 bit harsh isn't it?

I thought Kevin McKidd did a great job. Probably the first and last time I'll hear a Doric accent in a movie.

  4. Not how I read it. Rangers will have the right to defend themselves. The SPL had originally said that if their enquiries turn up to have found wrong doing they would take it further. Rangers are saying they dont want things to be taken further. Wonder why???? Because everyone knows they are guilty and that they cheated their way to ten years of success.

sevco can always take it to civil court.

  5. The mentalness continues.

@STVGrant how much football debt do they have to pay back

@STVGrant and if they don't agree to sign over SPL share to Dundee?

    Grant Russell ‏@STVGrant

@VickiK_L It can be forcibly removed but not until Aug 7

This date has been quoted a few times, why?

  6. SPL articles of association.

    17. Whenever a requirement to transfer a Share shall arise, if the relevant

Member shall fail to transfer its Share within seven (7) days of notice having

been given of the requirement to transfer, the Board may authorise any

Director of the Company to execute a transfer thereof and a transfer so

executed shall be valid and effective as if the same had been executed by the

Member concerned and the transferee shall on payment of the sum of £1 to

the Secretary to be held in trust for the transferor be entered in the register of

Members as the holder of such Share.

So what's the problem, why are they bartering for the share?

  7. I would venture that prolonged child abuse being covered up by the club is a bit worse than financial doping.

Severe penalties nevertheless and more than a few people are going to get their jotters! I would also imagine that Penn State will lose a fair few students as well. College football in the US is ridiculously popular.

    2000

-- Jim Calhoun, a janitor at the Lasch Football Building on the Penn State campus, tells his supervisor and another janitor that he saw Sandusky performing oral sex on a young boy, according to the grand jury report. A second janitor reports that he saw Sandusky and a boy leave a shower room and walk out of the building hand in hand. No one reports the alleged incidents to university officials or law enforcement, according to the grand jury report.

I think the university officials were well aware though.

  8. STV quoted that Beattie said he was only using the training facilities to get his fitness level back up.He said that was all,and has had no negotiations for any contract.

I never saw the article but I wasn't expecting either to sign. Training with sevco seems like a good thing to do from the players perspective, if you're looking for some exposure there is only one circus in town.

  9. Ian Black to sign a 3 year contract tomorrow, subject to membership being granted.

Absolutely mental for all parties. Black could easily be playing SPL or Championship/League 1 football next season if he had some ambition. Sevco Rangers should be looking to run a tight ship financially, so spending SPL wages in the 3rd Division is excessive and unnecessary. And surely if they do want an SPL player as a "marquee" signing, they should sign someone more talented rather than a bog-standard holding midfielder?

I thought that Beattie and Black training with sevco was just for some PR. For sevco, this is the players we can entice in the 3rd division all investors welcome. And you would think more clubs would be interested in the players if a shambles like sevco was in with a sniff.

    Very strange.

  10. What it demonstrated more than anything else was their arrogance, their belief that they would get away with all of it because of who they were - ah, the fresh air of reality smells so much the sweeter for it! :D

Who in their right mind thinks staying overnight in a hotel is OK rather than a 45min journey on the day. How does it even come about? I don't think it would even cross most peoples mind as an option to a non existent problem. Did they used to stay in hotels for away games to Kilmarnock or Motherwell? They're outside Glasgow.

  11. Any word yet on which hotel Sevco FC will be using on their way to Brechin? Gleneagles is aboots half way is it not and only befitting for the biggest and most supported club in the world in Govan

Out of all the things they've done, staying in a hotel to play Hearts gives me a flash of anger. Maybe, because it showed how shit D&P were at admin. Maybe, because it was a big fuckyou to the creditors. Or perhaps that it seemed like such a ridiculous thing to do for any team whether in admin or not.
