So a guys ear was munched in a pub called Whispers, you couldn't make it up
The best thing I can say about Tranent is that they are not over burdened with scholarship and indeed it's a very shallow gene pool.
That's what my friend says and he works at the local high school so he may well have a bias

own up which one of you did this

A little piece of light relief
Some of the posts beggar belief

At the risk of revealing my true identity because i was assured of an anonymous position when joining this panel but my uncles sisters nieces nephew's brothers dad (find me now bears.....) works quite high up in the corporate banking sector and deals with HMRC after the fiasco they were in. It would be unprecedented in a case of this magnitude to accept less than 10p in the pound. That's what he has been told, pardon the pun, off the record.
Not Fred Godwin surely?
Regardless of what the SPL/SFA decide the bottom line is HMRC and UEFA won't put up with either the orcs trying to evade their due tax and play without a UEFA licence. Let's keep our glasses half full chaps and chapesses

Several reasons, primarily cost and bad publicity.
If someone buys Ibrox for either retail or residential it'll be boycotted by the Rangers fans for the company stealing the club's assets and the Celtic fans simply because it was Ibrox, and the cost of altering it to fit either purpose would be vastly more than just building elsewhere.
One idea is the Coop could buy it and turn it into a special cemetery ( at a premium price) for bears to go get buried in. And as a bonus the gas from their decomposing bodies can be used to heat the local kaflick school. If anyone reading this is going on The Apprentice feel free to use this idea

Goodness sake.
I've seen fans get arrested for standing at Parkhead, Rangers fans come in and destroy the place whist singing about being up to their knees in f**ian blood and the police pretend everything is rosy.
It really is just typical police mentality, get an easy arrest and look great, but the Gers get away with murder.
The standards in the Corporate Hospitality box certainly seem to have slipped

Mr Kilminster is an honourary rAngers fan through his mum's side of the family( Fraser clan). I'm pissed off that bands I love are connected with ra Peepul, Bruce Dickinson(Maiden), Young brothers (Ac/|Dc) and Lemmy.....
Funny how they've not rushed to help, in fact none of them live in the country so not really surprised......
Great track, dancing shoes ready WHP
Mate, my brother knows Lemmy and I can assure you he's probably never heard of them, not a big footie fan. Please explain how being a Fraser makes you connected with the rAngers. His dad was a minister does that mean he's a secret lodge member
Great song

Only half the job though.
We also need to get rid of Celtic and their hate filled traditions for the betterment of all Scottish football and society.
Captain
I hear what you're saying
I like to think the hate goes from celtic when the rangers go. Life's to short to hate but that's my
opinion. I like to think the result of the demise of the orcs could have a cathartic effect not only in relations between
clubs but in the wider society and we stop defining ourselves in relation to them but maybe 'I'm a dreamer'.

If Steptoe is a Celtic fan then I'm princess Beatrice of the Netherlands, I've never heard that load of shit on KDS or GB forum
I suspect a bear in drag.
Speaking as a Celtic bhoy, ranjurs leaving the SPL and their hate filled traditions dying is for the betterment of all scottish football
and society and if that cnut Lawell votes them back to the SPL then this bhoy won't be going to anymore Celtic games.
No more OF collusion. Sick and tired of being associated with those scum and our boards collusion with them.
If they get voted back in and any Celtic supporter goes to the games then they're fecking sheep with no principles,
collaborating to continue the sectarian bollox. We don't need those b*****ds.
I'm away fur a cup of tea before my head explodes
When I say 'fecking sheep' I mean not in the agricultural sense

As far as I understand the newco can't go into the SPL right away. The reason being that they'll need a UFEA licence
All qualifying leagues teams' need one for playing in european games . As they'll have no accounts for the past three years and no SFL licence it's eef off.
If the SFA did do parachute the buns in I cannot see UFEA putting up with it and it may expel all SPL teams from europe
then it'll be thanks a fecking lot you brain dead fannies at the SPL.

All those posters on the rangers forum can't be real ****. There is too much irony and winding up going on("doing my shopping at Waitrose"
indeed, you know who you are).
Are there any actual rangers fans posting or am I being too generous
"with drawing their wife's from shopping' I can't believe those
people are breeding let alone having an actual woman.

My understanding of EBT's is that once the benefactor has been in place two years at the company they are liable for tax/NI on all income as they are classed as employees and the 'loan' as taxable income. With regards to the loan it has to be proved there was no intention to repay the 'loan' as evidenced by the existence or not of an agreement to repay. Therefore it is up to HMRC to prove their was no intention to repay. Recently the head of the student loan company was caught out by this type of thing . In addition my understanding is that the way rangers structured it was not entirely in line with HMRC guidelines. I'll dig out the links after I have a wee search for them
HMRC 2009
and I quote
"Spotlight 5: Using trusts and similar entities to reward employees - PAYE and NICs, Corporation Tax and Inheritance TaxHMRC are aware that companies have been seeking to reward employees without operating PAYE (Pay As You Earn)/NICs (National Insurance contributions) by making payments through trusts and other intermediaries that favour the employees or their families. The arrangements usually seek to secure a Corporation Tax deduction, as if the amounts were earnings at the time they are allocated, and also defer PAYE/NICs or avoid them altogether. HMRC's view is that at the time the funds are allocated to the employee or his/her beneficiaries, those funds become earnings on which PAYE and NICs are due and should be accounted for by the employer."
So either their tax advisor was a bloke in a pub or they knew it was illegal and didn't give a feck
