  1. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and it has an Infrared port, however this isn't explained on the tour. Am I right in thinking that this is activated via an app?

Yep, search for Samsung IR Blaster.

Note that is not the name of an app but what Samsung call the infrared port so that should get you started,

  2. Alright boys! ;-)

Aye it was me. I quoted the tweet adding his username. But I instantly shat it and deleted it.

He replied saying I was scum and ended up saying he was going to sue me. Never mind the original tweet or the 80 odd folk that RT'd it.

    Still shiteing it.

What did the tweet say that made him throw his toys out of the pram?

  3. I would like to state on the record that this is a magnificent thread.

The Knowetop end, that is now the Davie Cooper stand. I can just about remember being able to look over it (from the Main Stand) and see the Ravenscraig works before the new stand was built.

    Another of Fir Park.

The more I look at Rod's 1st picture the more I become convinced it is a photo of the south terracing rather than where the Davie Cooper stand is now.

The 2nd photo above would appear to confirm that as you can see the south end of the east terracing in both photos.

I do agree with Rob in one thing though, this is a terrific thread.

  4. Well... I know it's obviously a question that's been asked about a million times. I just mean that when I watch a documentary and I'm listening to a physicist go on about X that happened and Y that's going to happen and everything in between; I'm always just like - 'Yeah, but why?'. We really do seem to be getting a bit of a grasp on lots of the massive questions about our universe, but the one that really matters to me is the one that's impossible to answer, and is rarely attempted to aside from the 'Just did' vs. 'God' argument.

    The answer to that's easy.

    42.
