  1. You should watch it- it's worth it for the performance of the wee boy in it alone. By the way, it starts off pish- all twee and annoying, but bear with it.
  2. Me And You And Everyone We Know. 7/10. Pretty good. Not much occurs in it; it's a bit 'arty', but it's certainly no worse than the lauded Lost In Translation, which is a similar film in many ways. Like Lost In Translation, it's got a cracking soundtrack. It's worth a watch if you fancy something a little different.
  3. Twins 9/10..an Eighties classic. How Arnie was overlooked for an Oscar, I'll never know. His sense of comic timing is impeccable.
  4. Wolf Creek - pretty decent in a kind of gritty, ' the killer is slaughtering people for no reason' way. But it was nowhere near as groundbreaking as it's been made out to be. Some of the scenes are a bit much in a scrotum-tightening kind of way, and I like the slow build-up; the way you get to know and like the characters, but in the end it's just a slasher flick. 7.5/10
  5. Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes - The Wiggles
  6. Cardiff Afterlife - Manic Street Preachers
  7. Red Eye s/so kind of film. Nothing particularly memorable about it and very formulaic, but a half-decent couple of hours of entertainment. Plus, the beautiful Rachel Mcadams is in it, so it's well worth a watch. 6/10
  8. Everyone Thinks That He Looks Daft - The Wedding Present
  9. Regret - New Order Dubya, did you get on the train at Larbert tonight and some dodgy French guy was trying to dodge the fare? A guy who looks like you in your profile got on and I was just wondering.
  10. The video to the song is Morrissey as an entrant to the 1974 Eurovision song contest. It's the first time in ages (ever?) that there's been an actual theme to one of his videos rather than him just standing, performing. This should hopefully gain a few more sales in the charts with the 'kids' propelling him to his first no.1 single.
  11. Get Me Away From Here, I'm Dying - Belle & Sebastian
  12. For The Price Of A Cup Of Tea - Belle and Sebastian
  13. Harvey 9/10 Classic! I had my doubts before watching it. Many'classics' turn out to fall short of expectations, but this was excellent. Wonderfully written and acted. Quite sharp as well, which issomething you don't often find in older films.
  14. Magnificent, classic pop. One of my top ten songs of all time Anyway, The Mighty Wah! - Remember
  15. The Wedding Present- Everyone Thinks He looks daft
  16. I was listening to Punka earlier on! Class!
