  1. Indeed I have - they are perfectly aware of my feelings about the Ugly Sisters. Thing is, down here, football tends to be about football. And the only "strange" thing is that the majority (that would be two out of three) of the rangers fans I talk to are ashamed of what happened at ibrox, and do not believe in continuity. The other one is a wee bit thick, in all fairness - which I believe was the other possibility I posited for anyone supporting rangers.

"I have always hated the arrogance and bigotry associated with both of the Sisters, but accepted that some decent people may follow them for the right footballing reasons.

Since the eruption of this shitstorm, I have had to revise this.

There are NO decent rangers fans. No decent human being can condone criminality and injustice on this scale. Anyone with the least shadow of a conscience would have walked away when the scale of their behaviour became public - no longer deniable as a papist conspiracy or tarrier lies. Those that are left? Scum, every one of them." ........................

"I think terrorists and bigots are scum. I think anyone who happily abuses someone on a point of their nature is scum."

Would you be classing yourself as bigoted scum?

  2. No.8 reckoned his club should be relegated. I'm struggling to see where the contrition and humility come in. Sure, he came out with that before many berrz even showed their face on here, but why does this suggest humility? Contrition?

Leaving aside the point that they were not, in the end, relegated, I have seen very few suggestions that the club should not claim all the titles accumulated by the old lot. On the other side, the parroting of "54 and going strong", "then. now, forever", and such are, as you say, highly prevalent on here and elsewhere - No. 8 being one of those who is not averse to these and other, even less palatable, catchphrases.

There are indeed rangers fans who are suitably embarrassed - I know a couple myself, who are getting a bit fed-up with the one "continuity berr" in my social circle. the ones you see online, I can only assume, are not representative...

Pulls out the token "know a couple myself" card...............just admitting you have a problem is the first step.

  3. I called the bigot a bigot as once again we get the old 'You're a terrorist sympathiser' ... 'You are a racist'...He throws these accusations around whenever he is rattled. As others have suggested he really should take time out and calm down. I honestly tried to find the post we are discussing but had to stop..Reading through the pages of hate filled bile from him was disturbing. Nobody..I repeat nobody should have that much hatred inside them. It is simply not healthy.

For the record WKR...the post does exist. I have reposted it before and MT and i think it was Aberdeenbud did try and defend the indefensible. I am truly sorry that you have such a deep rooted hatred of what is no more than a football club and tbh i believe you are borderline unstable. I don't want to be the one that pushes you over the edge.

Aye, would class him as a bigot of the worst kind. He has a predilection for the use of the stereotype and its application to one particular set of fans. Why the worst kind of bigot..................because he is in denial that he has a problem.

He is what he attempts to deny.

  4. RANGERS boss Ally McCoist revealed that he will know in the next few days if he has any budget to spend on new players this summer.

The Light Blues chief executive Graham Wallace is due to publish his 120-day review of the business practices of the Ibrox club next Friday.

McCoist insists that time is of the essence and that Rangers must get the ball rolling as quickly as possible if the club are to recruit new blood for their assault on the Championship next season.

But he admits that until he gets the green light from Wallace, he is still in limbo and can’t offer any potential signings a deal.

McCoist said “We need to get things moving. I’ve been told I will have a better idea next week.

“I’ve been told I won’t necessarily need to wait for the review to be published to know what I can and can’t do, I should know before.

“I’m not putting words in Graham Wallace’s mouth but I would hope that to be next week. In an ideal world we’d already be moving but I respect what’s happening.”

The Light Blues have already been linked with moves for Kilmarnock’s Kris Boyd, Dundee United defender Gavin Gunning as well as Motherwell stopper Shaun Hutchinson.

But McCoist said: “I would like to strengthen in all areas of the team. We need to strengthen to give the lads a hand.

“I wouldn’t like to put a figure on how many players we need because we may not be able to bring any in at all.”

McCoist also revealed that he’s yet to decide on deals for out-of-contract stars Steve Simonsen, Emilson Cribari, Paul Hegarty, Kyle Hutton and Andrew Little

He said: “You want to be fair and as soon as I know what I can and can’t do I will let them know. They’ve got to plan for next season, whether it’s here or not.”

  5. This is not just your seat.

You are keeping it warm for the generations to come.

Because Rangers Football Club is bigger than any individual.

We are a team with over 50 thousand players.

One footballing family dressed in light blue.

Turning up to play our part every Saturday afternoon and floodlit night.

Season after season (and sometimes four seasons in one game).

Warming up in the training ground, the park; with teammates, with friends.

Celebrating every goal, every victory, every piece of silverware.

Never giving up, even when the odds are stacked against us.

This is a place where legends never die, they grow.

Where even the players are lifelong fans.

But we are all just custodians playing our 90 minutes and then passing it forward.

Together we can make sure there's always a Rangers.

Renew your ticket for the coming season.

    Pass the vomit bucket.

  6. You could be right, Ally will continue to have us hoofing baws up the park and attempting to grind teams down, still winnable but it wouldn't be pretty. Hopefully Ally leaves/sacked at the end of this season and a real manager comes in and gets our players playing as they should be.

Next seasons style of play has to be more fluid and lot of work has to go in to preparing for the top league.

Sure you could win it, when was the last time you saw an Ibrox team playing pretty football against full time opposition and winning? Think you only got 5 players who will be out of contract at the end of this season on your books, getting rid of others may cost you.

  7. I think Wallace will trim things down a bit, and I think we will do very well in the Championship. Of course money will be a problem, and I know other teams have had problems in this league, but i trust Wallace to get it right.

Ally will do OK until he gets us to the Premier League, or whatever it is called this week. One bad season there, and he'll be removed. But not before.

I still think we'll ace the Championship, though......I'm allowed an opinion, right?

Think Ally will struggle big time in that league myself. Should Hibs, St Mirren, Kilmarnock or Partick Thistle join Hearts with, Dunfermline from League 1 with the possibility of Hamilton, Dundee or Falkirk still in the mix, you won't ace it. Hope we are gone, just want to get stuck back into the DABs.

  8. Some of us are, so far. I am.

When we ace the Championship, I'll come back to GIRFUY, merely because of the negativity of every non-Rangers supporters on here.

Badly run clubs get fucked up in the Championship. take that from a supporter of one that's been run like car crash for years. Your clubs worse, it's a train crash with blind drivers and fans as non consequential passengers. You will struggle with your present squad and management team as things stand next season mainly case you believe bull5hit and accept it. ............................................Ace the Championship................my arse.

ps If the Dees don't go up keep Ally, if we gone please yourselves what you do with him.............................ta.

  9. How long can they hold them back?

    3 months.................

    Half-yearly reports

    18. An AIM company must prepare a half-yearly report in respect of the six month period from

the end of the financial period for which financial information has been disclosed in its

admission document and at least every subsequent six months thereafter (apart from the

final period of six months preceding its accounting reference date for its annual audited

accounts). All such reports must be notified without delay and in any event not later than

three months after the end of the relevant period.

  10. PMG should give it a rest and when the inevitable happens come back and say "told you so"

All just seems to be typing a blog for the sake of it. Nothing new nor interesting to be honest.

You find out more from the RIFC share price page on the LSE (london south east. Called such cos they cant use the official name) page.

He's a mud slinger keep throwing and get remembered for what hits.

  11. Eye bleach ready ? Good................

    http://www.therangersstandard.co.uk/index.php/articles/current-affairs/314-laxey-loan-alternatives-ignored

The last two paragraphs are interesting.......... :o...........and the full article appears to blow Wallace's comment about being happy with the "commerciality" of Laxey's terms completely out of the water. Still, I reckon it's way too little and waaaaaaaaaay too late.

so was the fourth one ......................."Daniel Stewart asked if we could provide the money that day "
