  1. Well worth reading!

    The Endgame

"While Pritchett's article, written for the influential Forbes magazine, is certainly flawed in some respects, at least two elements should be treated as significant in any debate over Rangers' troubles, especially in the wake of Green's announcement of a share issue and the intention to register the club with the Alternative Investment Market (Aim)."

"The first is that Miller appears to have taken one look at Rangers' books and experienced enough heat to singe his eyebrows. The subsequent administration and liquidation confirms (even without supporting data) that the economic devastation must have been irreparable."

"Rangers' main revenue stream, the sales of season tickets, was projected to drop by 20 per cent, has turned out to be very probably worse than expected. Where once the figure was 44,000, we are told that the present regime has shifted 36,000, but at only half the previous prices, thanks to their now playing in the Third Division."

"This would suggest that the reduction in income from this source could be as much as 50 per cent. It seems very likely that the wage bill has been greatly reduced, but this is a conclusion drawn from the departures of so many known high earners on the playing staff and the subsequent recruitment of inferior (and, consequently, lower-paid) replacements. Green's "revelation" that salaries now account for £6 million remains, like every other claim made since his takeover (including my own speculation on season ticket sales), merely hearsay. Until these statements are accompanied by documentary evidence – that is, audited accounts – nobody (possibly even Malcolm Murray) can be certain of Rangers' condition."

"And, with a raft of huge issues, including the liability to HMRC, the SPL inquiry into dual contracts, the police and the liquidators' investigations into possible criminal activity, still to be settled, those who blithely comment that the endgame in the Rangers saga is in sight have not been paying attention."

  2. Oh aye against East Stirling, Elgin and Montrose, lots of glory here, no disrespect to these teams but you are speaking utter shite as usual

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ On the brink of another severe mental breakdown IMO. His delusions have him thinking that nobody knows that he and his zombie friends all expected to be watching his tax/creditor dodging cheating b*****d of a zombie club batter in 6+ goals in every match that they played in DIV3. wink.gif

  3. One horse race ? What about the donkey that you're backing in the 3rd Division to win it at a canter? Surely that 'should be' more of a one sided affair than the SPL race ! If your new club fail to win the 3rd Division at a canter this season next years season ticket sales will definitely plummet. How many of you zombie cnuts will pay to watch pish next year at a high cost if your tax/creditor dodging cheating b*****d of a club struggle this season?

    Definitely. ph34r.gif

  4. You made the point about glory hunters, you prove that you own fans are more guilty of this, I have no idea what your ST prices are, our have been reduced by 33%, not what I would class as shitloads

Dhenbhoy was correct and you are wrong as usual. If most Celtic fans were glory hunters every available season ticket for Celtic Park Stadium would have been sold before the 2012-2013 SPL season started. Your attempt at point scoring is mute. The only reason the attendances (now decreasing) have been high at Ibrox for the start of this season is due to you glory hunting zombies thinking that you would be watching and celebrating your tax/creditor dodging cheating b*****d of a zombie club pumping every club in Div3 in every match. dry.gif

  5. Dhenslad isn't seeing the bigger picture here.

Champions leaue game - on the face of it a nice little earner

That "nice little earner" of Celtic's from European football this season, without season ticket sales or any other ticket sales for domestic league & cup matches, adds up to over twice the income that The Zombie Rangers will pull in for their entire season. Only a thick cnut would attempt to dispute that fact in an attempt at deflecting attention away from their tax/creditor dodging cheating b*****d of a club. wink.gif

  6. All the smilies will not hide your pain Dhenster, you just proved my point 60K for the glory matches 30k (weekend) matches for the ordinary games against SPL Dundee, while we get 45K for Montrose

Oh I believe their is another letter showing how Celtic lied about the opening fixture too, again strathclyde police confirming it was 5k under what was reported, will dig it out for you later when I get home :)

Those half-priced season and match day tickets sold for Ibrox to mostly children and senior citizens will never lift your new club up from Scotland's fourth tier league (Div3) to the European Champions League (mega-millions). You zombies just don't get it at all, never have, and never will. Not that i am complaining, it is very amusing. smile.gif

  7. Aye Tedi you've got us there mate, even if that is true and not doctored (wouldn't be hard) it's the weekend sandwiched between a CL game (remember those eh Fivestars .. )

CL game v Benfica .. packed house .. big ticket prices .. think we posted about the revenues here before Tedi ...

SPL game even at 31,000 .... @ SPL prices (and remember the season tickets TEDI) ...

    Cup game Tue - 14,000 only - I know .. but let's see

60,000 plus + 31,000 + 14,000 @ the prices we charge Tedi .. fcuk a duck Tedster .. that's a shyte load of money for those 7 days ... what did the Sevco monkeys make again ????

    :lol::lol::lol::lol:

105,000 seats sold over the period of 7 days ... and Tedi's attempt at point scoring was what?! laugh.gif

  8. This thread is a bigger car wreck than the Sevco scandal itself.... Just remembered why I bowed out for a few months.

Look to the positive side of the thread. Rangers are dead. A new club has formed calling itself The Rangers (better known as The Zombies). It plays in Div3 (Fourth tier league). Due to the shite that various mouth pieces associated with the name Rangers have spouted, not just in Scotland but around the world recently, and the behaviour of its fans, the name Rangers and its reputation is now damaged beyond repair. Much more is still to come, and they will Forever be tarnished and remembered as the cheating bigots that they always were due to the continuing saga. Before the internet appeared, they may have gotten away with it all, the internet played a huge part in shining light upon them exposing all of their corruption. This thread and many others on other forums, and blogs, have already played a part in exposing them to the world. smile.gif

  9. Steady on, lad - I don't like your mob either, remember......

The difference of opinion/resolution was, I believe, with Itwiznaeme a couple of weeks ago. Maybe if Bennett is unwilling to provide any back-up for his Lies and defamation, then Itwiznaeme might be able to give his opinion of the exchange - and I'm saying that even though he and I had a wee difference of opinion more recently. I'm fairly sure he'd remember if I'd ever kissed his (or anyone's) ass. Should help to refresh Bennett's memory.*

    * Oh, no. I forgot. Itwiznaeme is one of "them", so his opinion won't count.wink.gif

I'm 100% confident that you have never kissed anyone's ass on this or any other forum. Only The Zombies kiss asses, each others asses and 'anyone' who sucks up to them. dry.gif IMO 'Benny the Bitch' isn't worth the time it takes to type a long post. He is good for mocking and ridiculing and nothing more.

  10. From Charles Green himself.

The biggest share issue in the world - ever. He said in the press release...

CHARLES GREEN insists Rangers aren't reliant on a successful share issue to achieve their long-term ambitions.

Gers today announced their intentions to seek admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

In turn, they hope that will allow them to raise working capital amounting up to as much as £20million.

Green said: "Let's be honest about it, the reality is that this year was always going to be a challenge.

"The minute we were put into the Third Division, in my position as CEO I should probably have made 20 to 25 per cent of the staff redundant.

"We didn't and as a board and an investment team we wanted to keep the management team intact. We've got fantastic staff and fantastic loyalty along with great knowledge and skillsets.

"If you believe, as we do, that Rangers over the next couple of years will go back into the top flights of football in Scotland and Europe, it's important we keep that team around us.

"I suppose this year, financially speaking, is a difficult year for us. It's a start-up year and we've got lots of exceptional costs.

The headline is true. Not needed for long term ambitions as he is going to spend it short term. It is called wages!

The bits in red all say we are strapped for cash.

"Working capital" is to keep the business trading, and allow them to pay the bills.

"Always going to be a challenge", "lots of exceptional costs", "a difficult year for us" all reinforce this message.

Can we not fast track Charley onto Dragon's Den to ask for the money? Would love to see Duncan going beetroot in the face as Green explains how the business is hemorraging money, and Charley has the cheek to ask him to invest Bannatynes' own money.ohmy.gif (Stand well back)

Loved the bit about staff having great knowledge and skillsets. laugh.gif We talking Kevin Kyle here? Ally? laugh.gif Lee Wallace the Wester Hailes gunman? ohmy.gif

  11. Just for clarity the Irish flag thing really annoys me... The whole, it's our history thing s a lot of shit. That's great, big hand clap for the charity work back in the day, fly a flag on the roof of the ground. But filling the stadium, with Scottish folk flying another country's flag as some symbol ONLY to do with the origins of the club is a lot of shit.

You don't see many tricolor flags being flown inside Celtic Park these days and those who do display them are usually the real Irish folk who have traveled over from Ireland for those matches. I don't have a problem with Irish folk flying their national flags at Celtic Park, neither have i ever had a problem with English folk who fly the St George or Ulstermen flying the Union flag at Ibrox. If it annoys you too much i think you should reexamine your thoughts and rectify them.

I'm old enough to remember mcnee's at Ellington toll, I knew the family that owned it. And the fact folk used to go about with tins on a match day in there, collecting for the IRA is fuckin disgusting.

The same went on in Rangers pubs/clubs all over the West and East of Scotland with collections for loyalist paramilitaries. Not my jurisdiction. wink.gif

  12. 50/50 imo regarding the fans, terrorist glorification is as bad as bigotry and unionist bullshit imo. As for the clubs green, mccoist and jardine are proving to be the biggest fannies in scottish football history for newco while celtic continue the irish bullshit, why is it hibs and dundee utd can respect their irish roots without ramming it down all our throats?

Care to elaborate upon that: "celtic continue the irish bullshit". If you do not reply intelligently i will assume that you are just a wee bigot posting shite. huh.gif

Still waiting. I consider your words "unionist bullshit" and "irish bullshit" to be bigotry. And i am neither Unionist or Irish. If someone posted the words Scottish bullshit, heterosexual bullshit, protestant bullshit, homosexual bullshit or Jewish bullshit without providing a rational explanation for their use of those words here i would expect them to be pulled for it. It is only fair that you are pulled too for your bigotry. wink.gif ...oh and you should have used capital U and S.

  13. 1) I'll elaborate for them. Both business partners have chased the Bigot Dollar for decades, and to pretend that celtic are innocent of playing to and condoning the behaviour of their LCD of fans is disingenuous at best.

    2) If you've been reading this thread, you'll know that the majority of posters here detest bigotry in all forms (or, for the sake of argument, both sides),

    3) but if you can't see past playing whataboutery with your Sisters (Queens Park my arse), then I suggest you post on the forum specifically for that purpose.

    4) We know you miss them, but they're gone now. wink.gif

    1) Celtic have never had a sectarian policy, most intelligent adults are fully aware of this (i'm sure that you must be). Celtic and much of its support have Irish ancestry, i don't see the 'club' (today or tomorrow) abusing that fact in the way it goes about its business. We'll have to agree to disagree upon our differing views/opinions as this is not a belief of mine that will change any time soon.

    2) I have no problem with anyone who detests 'real' sectarian bigotry, i detest it too. I couldn't care less about religious dogma or Irish 'politics'. I don't post sectarian bigotry, if anyone claims that i do they are welcome to attempt to prove me wrong by quoting any of my posts that they believe contains sectarian bigotry.

    3) I support Celtic, everyone who has read my posts in the threads concerning Celtic here should know that, unless they have no lights on in their heads. At the moment i am going through a little phase in which i support every team that plays against the new club in Div3 and Queens Park are next to play them.

    4) Yes they are, thanks to karma. You are at the wind up. wink.gif~PEACE~

  14. 50/50 imo regarding the fans, terrorist glorification is as bad as bigotry and unionist bullshit imo. As for the clubs green, mccoist and jardine are proving to be the biggest fannies in scottish football history for newco while celtic continue the irish bullshit, why is it hibs and dundee utd can respect their irish roots without ramming it down all our throats?

  15. Indeed.

Its a crying shame that Celtic's recent disgusting escalation of their 100+ year sectarian campaign leading up to the death of Rangers appears to have now been swept under the carpet.

Rangers have got what was coming to them. Your turn will come one day.

Would you care to elaborate upon Celtic's recent disgusting escalation of their 100+ year sectarian campaign?! ... If you don't reply intelligently i will assume that you are just a wee bigot posting shite. huh.gif

  16. It's a tactic employed by the Dream Team on here, simply avoid the truth at all costs and smear other posters in an attempt to discredit them.

Bennett had me fooled in the beginning but their true colours eventually emerge from the shadows for all to see.

He imagines that everyone is buying this guff he comes out with, however he forgets his target audience is not as gullible as Green's.

That isn't working out well for them. It just makes their predicament all the more amusing for everyone else here. smile.gif
