You finished bottom of the league; you deserved relegation. We'll never know whether you'd have got what you deserved.

Milne was a lucky guy who only escaped being known as the guy who ran Aberdeen into the ground (and the second tier) due to a couple of fortunate events.

Had Hearts had someone prepared to pay off our debts in the early 2000s, it's likely neither of our subsequent relegations would have happened either. A James Anderson figure, if you will.

Milne caught a huge break. A lot of folk seem to forget that.

    Hearts fans are hilarious.

Nearly went bust (same as your Sevconian cousins) due to years of proper cheating. James Anderson (the massive Jambo.. apparently) didn't even get involved when you were going bust post Romanov. You screwed over creditors. We paid ours properly.

As for relegations. You've had plenty of them.

You have had more seasons in the Championship than finishing above Aberdeen in the past decade.

Outwith your Romanov cheating years you have won 1 trophy since 1963. That is your level.

You can try deflect with nonsense about us being "bailed out" (i.e. paying off debts) / "deserved relegation")  it's all just bollocks 😄

Apart from the fact relegation was not happening for finishing bottom (decided pre that season starting) we also knew months before the end of the season we wouldn't be in a play off so started playing youngsters instead.

For someone who was banging on about not caring about football anymore not so long ago the anger and seeth you have for Aberdeen / Hibs and other teams is very funny 😆

    No, this is incorrect.

Airdrie are vile as well, but I don't compare you to them, I compare you to MK Dons.

You're both a sack of absolute shite. You stole another community's club and now you have the absolute front to claim its history. You're an embarrassment.

The change from Ferranti to Meadowbank is not the same thing. They had to move and change their name to join the league. It's extremely bad faith when people try to paint this as the same thing. Again, something Livi fans try to use the passing of time and relative obscurity of Meadowbank to get away with.

It's funny when the Livi fans go on about my "venom" or "obsession" with them. Let me be clear. It's nothing to do with local rivalry or Livi as a team or whatever. I've never knowingly known a Livingston fan. They're an irrelevance in terms of rivalry etc.

But I'm a football fan, and I have standards in that regard. I 100% object to clubs being stolen from their supporters. And that's what your club is. I find it amazing that in Scotland's supposedly authentic and raw footballing culture, Livingston have been allowed to slither in and are treated like a normal club. People actually question why I hate a club that stole another club's history. Mad. You should be pariahs like MK Dons. You're the exact same thing as them, and I honestly will raise a glass to it the day your club dies. All fitba fans who care about the game's governance should.

What do you feel about football clubs (Sevco/Hearts for example) cheating by spending money they dont have and then screwing over creditors by paying them a few pence per £ (Hearts) or just going bust (Sevco)?

Snake like behaviour if you ask me.

Also the Livi fans are correct about you.

You spent a few days hijacking threads not so long ago to say you dont care about football/Hearts anymore. You then try troll Aberdeen fans / hibs fans and now livi fans in the period after.

Very odd behaviour from a very odd man 😆

If only they had instantly deleted their account. They doubled down and mocked being called out over it and then only deleted it once it gained a bit of traction. You just wonder what goes through someone's head to take the time to type that out, hit send and then think it is in any way clever or funny. Doesn't matter your team or how bad a tackle is, if you are of thst mindset, there is just something broken inside you.

Almost as bad is the reaction of some to claim it is a Cetic fan trying to get Rangers in trouble or folk trying the whole whataboutary nonsense. I'd imagine most sane Rangers fans wouldn't want someone like that associated with their club.

    🤔

Glass had the dregs of a McInnes hoofball squad and tried to play football. Gallagher was also a McInnes pre-contract signing.

Robson is playing hoofball with a squad full of talented players.

Glass had us set up to play the cheeks in a much more positive and entertaining fashion and didn't get the run of the green.

I agree on what he took over.

Robson to  be fair took over a Goodwin shambles that had just lost in the cup and 11 goals in 2 games in Edinburgh!

I agree Glass had us set up to play the cheeks in a more positive way. Robson has beaten the **** twice though hasnt he..

Like Robson Glass's style was shite against the dross of the league

    Deary me.

Derek used to approach it a similar way but had the sense not to gush over them like JC.

Most will disagree but I think Stephen Glass would do well with this squad.

Glass who finished with 1 win in 9 games / 4 defeats in 5?

Some odd revisionism re Glass from some in my opinion.

While we undoubtedly had a "style"'it didn't work. Loads of sterile possession across the back 4 and nothing really created.

Each to their own but Glass wasnt great at all

Vince will be along in a sec to answer that and any other questions you may have.

Vince was spewing shite recently about how he doesnt really care about football these days wasnt he?

Amazing isnt it that despite that he was fuming at Aberdeen kicking his teams arse and seems really angry about an investment Hibs are getting 😄

    You've misunderstood the post.

The foot was on the throat in that Aberdeen were second best, we were winning the game, we looked completely comfortable, and that situation had Aberdeen in a hole. The natives were restless and we were heading towards a reasonable post-match discussion of whether Robson keeps his job or not. At 30-35 minutes any other take on the game is a rewriting of history based on what came next. Your assertion that Hearts were never in control of the game is one I can't take seriously. With better final balls we could easily have been further ahead.

Being in control of a game doesn't have to mean you're peppering the opposition's goal with shots. Hearts had the match under control and were in a comfortable situation against a side that has been struggling. Hearts aren't a side that create a lot of chances. Being ahead with one chance is what the plan was. We'd have been better off scoring about 40 minutes later. We might have held on that way.

Then two things happened. Aberdeen upper their game, but equally Hearts did what we've seen in multiple away games this season and took a step back, attempting to manage the game rather than proactively push on and win it. And Aberdeen were there to be beaten. They were very poor in the first part of the match, and in th kind of form where a team is there to be finished off. Another Hearts goal and the crowd fully turn on them. Even an extended period of pressure. But Hearts had no interest in that. It's very naive.

You want to see it your way, so you will. But I think your analysis of the game is very simplistic; I could just as easily say "the only reason Aberdeen were ahead at full-time is that Hearts essentially stopped taking part in the game". That's how matches work. A team does bad things and the other team gets the upper hand. I think your post shows you've not seen a lot of Hearts this season. That's how they play. That's the plan. The plan worked fine until it came time to push on and finish the job, but Naismith never, ever does that. He does what you saw yesterday, believing we can just manage a lead out for an hour.

A lot of waffle to try to deflect from a simple fact. Hearts are shit and Aberdeen deserved to beat them
