been to the physio, totally devastated, torn soleus muscle in calf. minimum no combat or attack 4 weeks, more likely 6, if I cheat, end up being 13. not even a no weight squat for at least a week, so no pump either. maybe after a week some swimming, some biking, and as much upper body and core as I like from now.
