Not many managers have universal support and backing from their fans, Micky did at Tranmere. Just take a quick look at Social Media this evening for the outpouring of love and wishing him well at Dundee Utd from our fans. There's a massive hole in our dugout that will be very hard to fill. I don't follow Scottish football as much as I used too, so no idea what your ambitions are. It's obvious you can't win the league (no disrespect), so I'm guessing a top half finish a a decent cup run would count as a good season? I'm sure Micky can achieve that given the backing of the club and the fans. What you will have is plenty of people on the Wirral and beyond looking out for your results every weekend.
