I went to watch Red Deer Rebels v Medicine Hat, think it was CAD $17 good value, was very good, if I remember the crowd was about 4K and the 50/50 draw was up about $20k, within a minute there was a helluva scrap going on, good atmosphere

We went to see Rocky ( the stage show) in one of the theatres, when we were there, I enjoyed it and there is a bit of audience participation, the production is excellent and supposedly the guy who played the lead was some great actor, I don't think it was Stallone though... Excellent rounds of boxing and Apollo Creed was a brilliant character.

My granny has got more bottle than Joe McKee, and she has been deid for years! IMO from where I was stawning on Sinclair st just down from the scoreboard it was a 50/50....both went for it, there did not look to be anything vicious or nasty in the tackle.There was a look of shock on a few of the players after the incident....I hope the laddie can make a speedy recovery and I will be looking out for him in the future, best of luck to him

I don't think it has dropped any of its pace and is still a good series, bit of a twist for me was when Martin's girlfriend seemed to know what is going on, the way she getting groomed by the spymaster, trying to talk him into carrying on, but I suppose her head is getting pumped with mince from the eastern spies with the promise of the good life, modern apartment, car etc. I also think he will certainly get more trust by rescuing the young Edel (who's head had completely gone!) And when he was locking lips with the generals daughter and the general seemed to let that pass. I can see the generals head going soon as well, and if anybody would want to push the button it would be him, with Kramer death it is looking like MartIn will be the generals confidante.

I had severe toothache, no Dentist in the area at the time, I was in the wild mountains of Wales, went and stocked up on paracetamol for the weekend,had a couple of drams, continued popping the tablets, cuts a long story short, when the toothache felt as if it had numbed but my stomach was in severe pain, I called NHS24 looking for dental treatment she asked me if I had taken anything to numb the pain told her how many paracetamol I had administered myself and obviously only told her 2 wee drams, 1 hour later, ambulance, then I am in Moriston hospital, connected to a drip, and a doctor telling me how close I was to liver failure! I have never felt pain like that in my life, toothache is the work of the Devil indeed!

Some interesting plots in this now, the generals family all seem very unhinged and unpredictable, very different to the early episodes when they seemed to have the wonderful life, the young Edel.. Mentalist! Excellent series
