How can Sevco5088 transfer the assets when sevco Scotland bought them directly?

I had thought that legally, Green and Whyte were not supposed to have a business relationship at all and Whyte was meant to have no involvement with the asset purchase.
Whether the assets were sold to 5088 or Sevco Scotland, surely there is enough evidence to clearly show they have a business relationship and Whyte has had involvement, regardless of who has what now.

I think I've already explained this Enrico. It was to put CW off of the scent. The fact was CW got strung along into believing he had a part in sevco5088 when really sevco Scotland bought the club and the assets which CW had nothing to do with it.

The contract stipulates that the assets will be sold to sevco 5088 and according to you yourself they did not and were sold to a company Green himself dreamed up.This is fraud if someone from sevco 5088 decides to take court action that the assets were not sold directly to them as D&P had themselves stated in the public domain and signed a legal binding contract to do so.
That's complete nonsense. What contract hellboy? Show me it? In D&P's report it showed that sevco Scotland bought the club and it's assets, in the SPL accounts it showed sevco Scotland bought the club and assets in the IPO prospectus it showed sevco Scotland bought the club and the assets.

Breach of contract right there AWRA wouldn't you say if Green sign a contract to sell the assets to sevco 5088 immediately after the CVA failing ?.
How's it a breach of contract? The club and all the assets got sold directly to sevco Scotland, Whyte never had any part in sevco Scotland. I'm sick of repeating it now. Only thing Whyte can do is go after Charles since he was the director of sevco 5088.

If the CVA failed it was written that the assets would be sold to sevco 5088 and looks legally binding to me by contract signed by D&P and Green.
Sevco Scotland apparently to you and others bought said assets from the failed CVA.
Does Whyte have a legal argument that D&P signed a contract that sevco 5088 would receive the assets but Green then diverted the sale mibees breaching the sevco 5088 contract ?.
Are Whyte and D&P involved in fraud to give Whyte back the assets at a cut down price after liquidation and Green screwed Whyte over thinking he could get away with it easily.Remember D&P have been accused or impartiality and protecting as much of the dying clubs value instead of actually administrating to save as much cash as possible for the creditors.
Who and what and how much are these fuckers involved in this web of deceit ?
The more these stories are coming out the more we're actually looking like the victims of a crime.

But they didn't get sold to sevco 5088. They got directly sold to sevco Scotland.

You know what AWRA that's exactly what I've been thinking recently
with all the enemies of Rangers appearing from everywhere I think Chucky can at least get a 50% hike on the ST's just because the siege mentality has taken a huge spike to save the clone Hey you might be right there. Like I've been saying. CW can only go after Charles since he was the director of sevco5088. None of it has any impact on Rangers who were bought by sevco Scotland.
