Wasn't at today's game but that's 2 cup competitions against apparent lesser opposition and still ain't convincing, why has not changed a couple of the squad? Personally I would play Jacobs or hooper right back and Kidd right mid with conroy in the middle. Also every time I have seen Atkinson play he has been more than reliable to at least get a game against Annan, if the boy leaves next summer then no surprise. Defo need a few more experienced bodies in

A lot of people are talking about McCord from alloa, only problem being the guy probably gets a half decent wage playing part time and could have a good fulltime job so to get a player who has been playing part time football for years would be very difficult considering we would probably only offer him a one year contract. Think our best bet is to look at player like britian who has no club.. What yous think about graham Carey who can play in that left wing back position that will be void now holts gone

It up to Fowler now to get his number 2.It has to be someone Fowler wants.Off topic does anyone think Queens should appeal the Holt sending off ?.For me it was not dangerous just a bit late he got a bit of the ball.30 seconds before he wins the ball.A booking but a sending off not for me.
Defo shouldn't for me, when I first seen it I thought it was a straight red and on sat when I was playing football the referee just happened to be the linesman that got him sent off, he showed me a picture and it looked bad. Not much protest from the players either apart from Russell.

Just happen to be in Dumfries tonight and see there's a development game, just wondering if you usually need to pay to get in.

Derek Adams or Gary Locke for me

Totally agree flash, by the time I get down to Dumfries and back, and get a ticket it's about £60 so got other things the Misses would be happy to spend it on, than watch a clown take charge of the team.I haven't decided whether or not to go, but every home game takes me about 3 hours in travelling time at a total cost of more than £40. If I choose to do something else because the football is shite due to a clueless manager who has wrecked our team, I don't think I have to justify that to anybody.
There are thousands of people in Dumfries who never go. Instead of moaning at long distance fans who are disillusioned with the idiot, the cheerleaders should get themselves to the pubs in Dumfries on a Saturday afternoon to round up all the stayaways.

Would defo try john gemmill am actually surprised with the goals he's scored over the years no1 has tried before now.In the Sun todayLee Robinson has been training with Rangers and St Johnstone. He is now assessing what to do nextI wonder if Queens have spoke to him yetWe must sign if we can 2 strikers in Jan.A 6 foot plus striker we are to lightweight up topJohn Gemmill of Stenhousemuir and Jamie Longworth of Stranraer are the 2 I would try and get. Most teams will add to there squad Alloa are going to add at least 3 loan signing.Every club wants more than ever to stay in this league next season with Rangers and Hearts going to be in it

Are we sure we train at broadwood every day. Just seem to remember a football course at Cumbernauld college that used broadwood every day.

Who's to say we don't train on the artificial surface at glasgow green. I just don't think we can say there not used to the surface when there pro footballers who the same as any amateur (or whatever level) must have played on the worst surfaces in scotland. The very poor home form and the fact that we don't train at Palmerston to try and rectify it , to me , is utterly bemusing . Now , I don't claim to be a football guru but familiarity of the surface might actually make them more comfortable on it . I would be interested to see if anyone can actually come out and say that the present policy is the best one for us.

Why should this affect any1 they are getting paid good wages and traveling expenses to do so.Mr X , I take it you would be quite happy to travel up to Glasgow every day for your job when you would be quite able to do it in Dumfries then. Is this what you are saying ?

No it's not, I remember a player in the epl ( can't remember who) saying they were at training for eight and not home till about three. If what people are saying is we train 4 days aweek for 2 hours is acceptable then McIntyre needs to be sacked. We must pay our players at least 2/3 times what the part timers in the league are getting yet only do double the training. Just no point being full time then and paying half these idiots the money there on, that clearly don't give a fcuk about our club.It seems to be the normal in the EPL also

Looks like we are just waiting for confirmation off the OS that Zander Clark has signed. According to his twitter he trained with us this morning.

Surely if we were gonna sign him, they would have agreed a contract in principle, before he tried to get a work visa.

I am pretty sure that st mirrens training ground is 3g, so surely our would be better than that.Lennon is quoted on the saints OS as saying it was a "difficult surface"
Difficult for hammer throwers like Goodwin maybe. Perfectly fine for football players

There's a clip of him on YouTube, seems to be a really intelligent player.

Na not him surely

I might be one of a few but ano he didn't look that great against us but he's a young guy, and I would hope that if he's training everyday and not just twice a week, he might get more confidence and become a better keeper. I would rather have a young guy that can improve his ability than someone who's past his peak.
