Hopefully Imrie will get himself back into shape.. looked as if he had too many fish suppers in the last month or two #chubbyatpreseason..

To be more specific. There are 2 astro pitches and 9 grass pitches which have gone through a lot of work in the last 8 months. A lot of first div clubs have installed artificial surface this year and this will help lading up to those games... Good work done by Warren and the club to get this, which will reduce some costs and increase the quality of training surface.

Well as Warren Hawke said. these boys have been signed to be sold on sometime in the future to safeguard the club. There maybe one or two surprises next season holding down a place in the first team, and if this happens then they will be off to pastures new. Boys develop at different times. Some of the boys in the dev squad look a lot older than their younger years and physically would be able to cope with the pressure. Maybe a tweak here and there and they will be ready...

I think Chappy has made a good signing here. Spoony's strength and his ability to hold off, direct the ball with head or whatever will certainly create plenty of chances...

A number of boys have been offered full time contracts and Verlaque is one of them, he has said that he would rather get first team experience and commit to Morton. but you never know what would attract a decent player these days.. Seems like a level headed boy...
