I live in Brisbane and can safely assure you, the A-League is gash. has-beens, journeymen and kids who’ll never make its. There are a few reasonable players but the majority are shit. Says a lot that Jason Cumming was somewhat of a hero. A-League is a 4th tier sport behind Rugby League, Aussie Rules and Rugby Union in terms of TV rights, attendances etc. Definitely more English League One level than Champions League.
