Or one way to think of it after next season Mitchell’s contract is up and no doubt will be offered a lower wage so will be away and we could have Wilson there to take number 1 spot

Hearing Rumsby turned down deal a few weeks ago so not sure what’s happening if we will offer him a better deal or he is just looking for a new club

Can’t find Annan thread**
What can you tell me about Mark Docherty ? crappy signing on paper hoping you can make it sound more optimistic

Very happy with Gomis always thought he was a standout when playing Falkirk

My Celtic mad mate says Otoo’o will be more involved with the first team this season so I can’t see him being loaned out

Howie was on the Clyde podcast less than a week before he left saying he will be signing a new contract.. went to alloa not full time.. not a league above for probably £30/50 extra a week, anyone that jumps ship like that can happily leave as I only want players that actually want to be here playing
f**k um

With Lamont you will get an outstanding performance 1 in 7 games maybe mostly against the better sizes, then vanish for weeks, this season he would run for about 10 minutes before looking absolutely shattered.
There is a good player in there but clearly not got the right attitude but good luck to him I hope he turns it around and has a decent career in the game

Airdrie have released 7 players surely at least 1 is coming to us

No, genuinely it took a lot for me to come back after that. I definitely made the wrong choice and should have stuck to my principles but I'm stupid enough to allow this club and the badge to mean something to me. There were times before games where I'd be sitting in the car park and have to go home. We all have ways of justifying ignoring these things though and I'm well aware of my own hypocrisy.
I think though yes, we're all aware that Conservative/governmental ineptitude has caused literally thousands of deaths and a lot of suffering, including amongst people I know, so when I see someone openly speaking in support of that government at such a sensitive time it absolutely reeks.
I get there are few people on here that want to engage in a discussion on the morality of these things and most folk want to keep everything separate, but I am myself a card carrying Clyde fan and have as much right to air my grievances on this literal public forum as anyone else does, so I suppose I don't actually care what you do or do not want to talk about and you're simply wasting your time replying to me.
Talk about digging a hole

Every team in the league will have a much bigger budget since we got money from government, so might not make much difference when it comes to trying to attract players to come to us

As good a player as he is, having Grant back would probably have meant playing a certain way.
Yes you are right.. a better way

This has been a difficult season for every player, we lost 3 very good midfielders in Grant, Mcstay and Rankin and they were not replaced and then weeks later brought in a load of 17/18 year olds on loan.. I believe if we had kept at least one lf them we wouldn’t have finished as badly as we did we should have went all out to keep Grant.
Losing these players the full team struggled and form dipped. We have the shell of a good team just need to add 3/4 right players and we have a steady top 4 League One team in my opinion.

The more I think about it the more I think letting Lamont & McNiff go is daft, they would be perfect back up, if Lamont would get himself fitter I don’t think he would Be away but we all know he is a great player on his day and can change a game.
i feel letting Lamont and McGlinchy go there must a couple of midfielders already lined up

Would take a scrappy 1-0 win against EF u15s tonight, anything to keep us in this league

As much as I agree with most Clyde fans we should he resting anyone important today, I still have a "worry" Lennon will pick as strong as team as possible (still allowing for his recent rotation) and will go for it.
ETA: And we'll still lose even if we go for it of course.
Yep known Danny we will pick our strongest team this season but if he does he does.
fist time in a long time we have a manager that wants to win everything where in the past managers like Duffy and Ferguson has played weak teams in games I still would have liked to win.
so not going to complain.

Can’t see anything other than a Ayr win here

First time coming on this for months looking for something to fill be with confidence about the remaining season.. do you think we will bring any experienced or just players that aren’t young boys and have played at a decent level.
Every club in League One is improving and we aren’t, even League Two team we picking up ok players that I would of took at Clyde.

I did like Kristoff but was one of the most overrated players we have had in years, I always felt he would come very good but it just didn’t happen don’t think he could get used to the Scottish style of play and between that and injuries, all the memories I have of him is that beautiful goal against Annan the rest is him losing possession but all the best to him I think he could still go on to have a respectable career
