  1. Big risk to leave the Shire for Albion imho Shire new partnership and sponsors looking to bring stability to the club and relegation for Albion would bring them the exact opposite However it presents an opportunity for Shire to bring in Martin Lachlan a manager who knows and understands the Lowland League better than anyone, he can build teams that surprise everyone. Just look at the job he did at Petershill against a big budget Drumchapel and while Shire fans may still hurt with their first season in the LL you have to appreciate how well he had EK playing and up for it that season as well
  2. Coincidence that just as McGrandles signs for Norwitch as well
  3. Typical Sun do they mention the fact that Celtic already had him and let him go ? He's better off where he is for now
  4. If it's the tackle I am thinking of it was a Dunfermline player on one of our U20's in a game today at the stadium. Luckily the Falkirk lad saw it coming and reduced the impact a little
  5. Not according to your own website reports, however regardless it was still a good game
  6. U20's played Dunfermline last night at East End Park Dunfermline had 5 first team lads getting a run out last night and the game ended 2-2 after Falkirk twice took the lead. Each team had periods in the match and it was end to end in the last 15 minutes as they both went looking for a winner. This is a very young U20's team Falkirk has this season and they will grow in strength, the back line where all 17 last night. McNab, Greene, Fulton and Blair
  7. The fact that Jay Fulton never went in the window is a bonus for both Falkirk and for the lad himself. Jay Fulton and Blair Alston together are more comfortable than any other pairing I have seen for Falkirk in the past two seasons and I believe they will both be big assets for the club this season. Got to agree as well with Crawford Baptie a year under Holt could be exactly the boost he needs. Holt seems to be finding his feet and slowly putting his own stamp on the club and proving that he is his own man, straight talking, hard working and not easily fooled, some players will have a rude awakening this season and others will kick on big style.
