  1. It's not about standard of football though, I plain don't like my regular Wednesday game.
  2. Any call offs the morra gies a shout - I usually play on a Wednesday but it's with a right bunch of peens and I will do anything to sack it.

Why does Maguire always shit it at the business end of tournaments?

I had no idea Baz Hearn was being lined upfor the Chairmans job, thats absolutely excellent news if true and basically what I was meaning, he will have it sorted in no time.

Hendry is crap nowadays, however Selby ain't playing that great either. Snooker has died a death lately though, it's a chore to even watch it now. Unsure how they could ever give it a kick up the arse but it badly needs one from somewhere.
  6. I know I said I'd play but I can't face it after a lengthy session in Ireland over the weekend. For that reason, I'm out.
  7. Euan Frame (Fudge as he's known to some) always finds a half yard. He has Albertz-like power in that left wand.
  8. If your taking the motor I'll play if needed, moving up to 4 games a week would be tidy for my Marlboro-ravaged fitness.
  9. Then you remembered you have no friends and look like Ivan Campo
  10. What a fucking checkout with the crowd going bananas behind him
  11. In fairness winning against the GOAT from a set down and ending his 40 match winning streak in your first Slam final at the age of 20 is a good indication that you can handle pressure. Murray started off the same last year and got a pumping - thats the difference - one setback and he goes into his shell when it matters. Del Potro is the polar opposite to Murray in that respect and I fancy him to win the Aus Open too.
  12. Funnily enough I would have said Murray is the polar opposite of the typical quote unquote British player - he doesn't give a f**k what anyone says about him or who he upsets, he just wants to win. There isn't a question of his mentality, it's his tentative approach that causes him to fail against big hitting in form players at the Slams.
  13. Larry Stefanki said the exact same after Roddick reamed him at Wimbledon, it's patently obvious he ain't going to win a Slam playing defensive tennis. Infact I remember Federer saying that about him too. He can rip the arse out of tour events but then it comes to the big ones he struggles out of the blue - it's baffling.
  14. How stingy is that, he should be about 1000/1.
  15. Well, he clearly does. I'm not entirely sure what your point is, but rest assured I've taken it on board.
  16. He put him away straight sets at the French on clay, this can only be a mental thing from Murray. Worrying though.
  17. Similarly to what Murray did a couple of years ago. With Murray's engine Del Potro would take some beating.
  18. Also making him do a lot of running will help in the long run as he isn't the fittest.
