Not really useless at all, regardless of when the official bid comes it will be a lot more substancial due to him playing 150+ first team games and proving he can cut it at this level (not my opinion) where as Wighton has not had the chance to shine in our first team even though he has looked good enough anytime he has played. So the point is if Wighton has 100 first team games under his belt you can command a higher fee.

We are going to lose the boy before we have had a proper chance to see him. Hartley could have played him more this season then we would have been looking at a mill or two instead of losing him for pitence!

Really think we have some good young players in the team finally, Boyle, Bain and Stewart, Wighton will get his chance and Cammy Kerr has a great shot at making it too so things are on the up!

Yeah i agree with McGinn and Konrad but dury still out on Tank, not missing him because of the other 2, i like McGowan can't believe St Mirren let him go! I just don't like Roberts his attitude stinks and is lazy, but i understand not every signing will work.

Clarkson makes clever runs and gets into good positions, a very good striker at this level and Hartley putting faith in him has boosted his confidence..... but in my opinion Stewart is up there with the best signings, plucked from part time football scored 5 in all comps so far and can play a number of positions. Must admit Hartley made some great signings!

IMO has to drop Harkins and play Stewart in the hole off a front man, great at bringing others into play and was a great foil for Hemmings doing the same job at Cowdenbeath! Start with Peaso or Clarkson to have an out an out striker up top.

Has Conroy been consistent? Really good player at that level and gives you 5-10 goals a season. Is he playing on the left?

Anyone who thinks Hartley wouldn't consider this is a dafty, more money, better facilities, no real ties to us apart from his staff (who would go with him) yes Vincent Tan is a loon but Hartleys stock would rise quite considerably if he went to Cardiff! I think it's too early as he hasn't completed a season at us yet but time will tell
