  1. Former Livingston chief executive Ged Nixon has called off plans to secure a court order to ring fence around £300,000 of the West Lothian side’s cash.

Nixon was due to attend the Court of Session in Edinburgh today, looking for an arrestment of funds order to freeze £300,000 that he claimed he was owed.

The Championship side, currently sitting bottom of the league, had warned that they were in danger of going into administration for a third time if their former chief was successful in his court action.

Nixon quit last year following a fall out with main shareholder Neil Rankine and decided on court action to recover a loan paid to the club.

Both parties reportedly agreed a deal yesterday and Nixon called off court action to ring fence the club’s money, a decision on if Nixon is to be paid his loan back will be heard on February 6th 2015.

  2. SFA Judicial Panel Hearing 28th November 2014 9.30am at Hampden Park

Dual Interest in Clubs of Livingston FC Majority Shareholder Neil Rankine

Statement relative to the above hearing.

The club’s representatives attended the final day of the above hearing to give evidence in the Scottish FA’s complaint alleging a dual interest between the officers of Livingston FC and both East Fife FC and Dumbarton FC.

I am pleased that the SFA have decided no longer to proceed with the charges concerning Dumbarton FC and that they have also dropped one of the charges.

Regarding the submission of a return to the SFA. Livingston FC will be making further written submissions via it’s legal representatives and are confident thatthe Judicial Panel will resolve the case in an appropriate manner.

  3. Fed up hearing McGlynns excuses. Fed up with the Livi board silence as well. They seem big shots when they have something to say, but the silence has been golden.

    What's happening at our club??????????

What's happening with the signing ban?

What's happening with Livingston/Rankine issue around ownership?

What's happening with McGlynn - backing him or sacking him?

The hearing is this Friday is all I know for definite. From the attitude of mcglynn, and journalist I spoke to, seems probable he could walk.
