Relegated from, by recent standards, a very poor league one. But in the end not by much, what could the outcome have been if we had actually tried to win games previously (esp. against fellow strugglers).

Mr Bollan was 'experienced' , how did that work out ? We need a manager who knows all about the workings of a p/t club, can handle / get the best out of p/t players, recognises a good player when he sees one (and can spot a dud), realises that to be successful you need to play football fans and players desire - attacking football! Not necessarily experienced, just talented[emoji1]

Even at the best of times appointing a team manager is a bit of a gamble. In our dire predicament this decision is crucial. Advertise the position (I'm sure there will have been many applicants already) and take the time necessary to try and make the best choice. Think back to the situation the relatively unknown Tommy Campbell took on and the job he did turning things around. It can be done.

There is no doubt the committee deserve some flak. Had they dispensed with Mr Malcolm's services months ago (when it was obvious he hadn't a clue) we might have stood a chance. His resignation came far too late in the day.
