Frank Spencer springs to mind every time I see him.0 -
Yep.
Taxable events are any event you profit from, regardless of whether you take it off exchange or not, including coin to coin.
But written off against losses ?
(Not that I want to lose !)0 -
No worries.
Just be aware that every time you sell its a taxable event for CGT. So keep good records. [emoji106]
Even if it’s is Intra coin on the exchange?

Can I ask for a bit of advice please. I’m on binance. If I wanted to trade a little between ETH and BTC when and if each fluctuate, would I get pumped with charges. I.e not worth it unless I was doing a big trades ? Cheers.

The benefit of moving your coins into your own wallet is that you alone have control over your keys and therefore your money. As a large established exchange Binance should be safe, but exchanges are hacked often. It also means you always have access to move your coins from the wallet, unlike when exchanges go offline which isn't uncommon is very busy times.
The price will be the same wherever the coins are accessed from, and there are no other costs with wallets other than normal fees to move coins to your own address from the exchange.
Cheers. Thanks for your response.1 -
I’m a newbie looking into this and one of the things I have read is don’t leave your investments on the exchange (binance) put it into a separate encrypted wallet. I assume when it is being held in the wallet it still fluctuates
In line with binance? Have I got this right ? Is there additional costs for a wallet ?0 -
Think it’s somewhat notable that Australia and the UK’s vaccine projections are now ramping down significantly, just as the EU’s projections are starting to ramp up.
Clearly the Commission is effectively placing export controls on the vaccine.
Relabelling all the Az with Pfizer stickers. IMO. !!0 -

Can somebody with more knowledge than me advise. If the coronavirus efficacy is almost 90% with two doses, could we see further research and the flu jab getting up to this level ? Imagine getting back to normality and eradicating seasonal flu also !!!

Speaking of Girvan my Aunt and Uncle are both scheduled for their vaccinations...on Sunday 14th. A lovely valentines treat for them
Well done Girvan. Getting down to giving the Jab to those in their twenties0 -
I hope I get the conventional needle. This anal stick seems a bit experimental.

I’m sure they’re shitting themselves.
There’s a couple of dozen posters on here who think their reflecting a wider view when in reality it’s a tiny echo chamber.

My friend is a primary school teacher and she was in today preparing work for the kids up until Easter break (just in case scenario). Could be a bit longer than just the half term holiday.

No one stopping anyone clicking and collecting curtains. It's just a change to the collection procedures. Even you must admit that screaming for Manufacturing and construction to be stopped after a minor change to cluck and collect is wild !
