The 7-0 is the one of the most famous displays of attacking football to ever grace the British game.
That was genuine flair, that was genuine poise, that was genuine Hibernian.Where do you get your drugs?

Although not the most famous dry length that's ever been slipped in an Edinburgh Derby.
Probably the best game I've ever witnessed in the flesh at Tynecastle Park.
The most famous? Hardly. We Spanked you in front of millions including you.

It's his record at Hearts that would interest me.
Not taking into account he's the man who presided over the driest length we have ever slipped you recently.Ftfy.
We've spanked them by bigger margins before. Double figures have been reached.

Btw mods or whoever that post I quoted above was nearly impossible.
It took me around 10 minutes to type that. Any idea why as this is typing as normal?

They are a bit of distance away. This question was with grounds that have railways running right past them like at Starks Park. Although you can see trains from the Falkirk Stadium you would be further away from the track than you would be from Tynecastle or Hampden Park.
Have a look at some of the non league sides in and around Edinburgh, its a busy part of Scotland for trains.
We actually counted the carriages on a train passing as the game was so bad.

The picture below - I would think the same would be if someones shot at goal went over the bar at Dunbar. There's no row z here.
There's another find-a-ground quest, ones that have railway tracks running close and you can see trains passing on match day. Raith Rovers, Clachnacuddin.....any others?
Edit: Morton, Cowdenbeath, Arthurlie. Not sure if you can see the track from new St. Mirren Park. Luncarty and Pollok also spring to mind.
You can see trains from Falkirk too.

Why do Hibs fans keep coming onto a Hearts thread to stink it up?

13500+ sold now.

I see that Hearts are to wear the third strip when they play the Thistle. It has names of 8,000 Foundation of Hearts members on it. Anybody know how much each person paid for this privilege?
£10 a month was enough.
My name is on it.
Hearts have decided to cover the cost of the Thistle supporters buses for this Saturday's game.
That's a fantastic gesture.
Hearts happy to help Glasgow's true football fans.

What an excellent set-up we have.
Spot on.

All in all that was a good window.
I'm even more positive about Sunday.

That's Kenny Anderson away, seemingly, hopefully freeing up a wage.
A signing that never worked out - good luck to the boy all the same.
Its a shame it didn't work out for him but thats life.
Hope he finds a decent club somewhere.

My brother was talking to Jamie Walker last night and he told him that he's having to go down south and get another op on his knee. Looking at another couple of months out.
Real shame for the laddie and a blow for us, was hoping he'd be back for the Aberdeen cup game.
Going to Bradford to have an op.
Not good but hopefully this'll end his injury woes.

Land around Tynecastle still needs to be bought but no hitches forecast.
Once the land is bought then it'll be announced.
2 or 3 months.

Scottish Cup draw at 2 today.
Surely we're due to play Celtic at Parkhead?
Won't matter this time as the cup is ours....

It was a group representing selkirk fc so no amount of excuses can be used here. If selkirk were struggling they could have pulled out of the competition at the start citing not having a team. This is far worse than the slight loss of face from pulling out the competition
Not an excuse.
I heard they were phoning around trying to get a team. Friends of friends etc.
I totally agree they should have just pulled out. 25-0 is a disgrace.

that makes it worse not the lads fault but Selkirk should be ashamed putting young lads up for that
True. Should have been pulled out.

It wasn't Selkirks under 20's.
They couldn't get enough players so played more or less an under 16's.
Still shocking though.

Yet Hamilton and Hearts wanted to keep him and Killie St Johnstone and Dundee Utd offered him contracts?
Hearts didn't want to keep him though.
He was welcome to stay but wouldn't get a game.

Selkirk have signed a few players.
Not too sure whats going on there. Rumours of late/non payments but also heard they've had a winfall on the cash front.
All a bit strange.
