  1. Great day out in Melbourne for the Glory. Women through to the Grand Final winning 4-2 a.e.t. with hat trick for Sam Kerr. Men half as good winning 2-1. 7 points ahead with 9 games to go.
Was not expecting for the Glory to walk away with the 3 points. Our away form this year has been sensational. Its hard not to get carried away and think about winning this year but fully expect for the bottle to crash at some point.

Kerr has been brilliant for the woman's team and has dragged the team over the line more than once this season already.

The above game arrived today. Been firing through Leon A today. It's been about 17 years since I last played it yet there's so much that I recall when going through it, even unconsciously (there have been a couple of switch puzzles that I did first time).
Top, top game. The graphics are nowhere near as blocky as I thought they'd be and the gameplay remains immense (took me a couple of minutes to get used to the controls).
I played a lot of Resident Evil 4 over the Christmas/New Year period (the Chicago Typewriter actually put an end to my run throughs as, though it was fun at first, it ruined it as everything was too easy with it), which was probably my 4th go around on it, and since I first got in to 4 I was concerned that it would overtake 2 as my favourite Resident Evil game.
I'm happy to report that 2 remains top of the pile. The voice acting remains comically pish but the gameplay remains exceptional.
4 is second of course. 1 takes third place, although it's hard to split the remake and original as they're almost different games. 0 is up next then Code Veronica (although I've only played about 30 minutes of it) then 5. Haven't played any of the others. I hated 5 so much that I never bothered with 6 or 7, and never got the chance to play 3/Nemesis back in the day, but will be getting it soon for the PS1, and seemingly they're going to remake it.
Talking of remaking Resident Evil games, I heard they're remade 2..
Get RE7, its immense and shite your pants scary
  3. Played the demo last night, thought it felt great, really smooth and the aiming is very nice! Bullets hitting the zombies are very realistic as pointed out before, parts of the face flying aff, even the zombies getting up off the floor is very well detailed. At one point I shot one in both knee caps and it started crawling towards me, nice touch.
I've probabaly answered my own question going by the demo, defo worth getting I take it? I've clocked it on eBay for 30 notes.
    Definitely worth it.

On another note, f**k those zombie dugs!
  4. Have never played or seen a single game of resident evil. Is this an issue for me if I pick this up ??
I highly suggest picking up Resident Evil 7 too, came out 2 years ago and its first person and scary as f**k!

If you are using pc id suggest the site

That'll let you know the cheapest price for a key from legitimate sites
  5. Anyone else played Return of the Obra Dinn? Puzzle/Logic game made by the guy that did Papers, Please.
Ghost ship turns up, everyone is dead, you have to figure out what happened.
It's excellent. Retro look about it which some folk may not like but it's a great game. Does very little to aid you both in terms of how you navigate the game and how you go about solving the mystery.
    Soundtrack is great too
Its on my wishlist for when it goes on sale
  6. So 5 months from the Female World Cup and the FFA go and sack the guy who got the Matilda's there. Gagging order on Sam Kerr, led to believe it was due to the player survey.

Even after Gallops press conference today no further details have come to light. Makes me question why was he dissmissed?

FFA, still a shower of shite
