EOSL applications has been extended for another fortnight.

Is there a difference though as the council can call Saughton's games off as that's whats been happening but unsure about Ainslie.

I thought that the LL would not accept a team that plays on a council park or am I wrong in this.

if that's from the Lothian manager then its down to frustration i think, seeing Kelty with everything in place and on the up and looking at his situation with a team just as good as Kelty but nowhere near them regarding facilities.

This is why Lothian cant go up, a cracking team but playing on council parks, not good enough for LL

LTHV could be at a crossroads if they don't go up, if all these junior teams get selected then you could maybe they will see a lot of players leaving with most of these junior clubs having better facilities and pitches, they have lots of good players that will surely attract interest.

I am sorry but it's LTHV on fault, they have been calling games off for weeks, they should have been looking else where long before this, the double header against Kelty were for me league deciders but thing could change now due to these 3 games in as many days. They need a serious rethink about the home park if they do get to the LL.

If all the East teams get accepted into the EOS then a total revamp will be required and probably need to go to 2 divisions.

i can't believe Devlin left to go to Tranent, what a massive backwards step, almost in the relegation spot in the East Premier, what was the reason for him leaving, money i guess.

I just find teams like BSC just cheat the system, they win there respective league and pay rent to a pro team who has the amenities where teams like ie Lothian Thistle win there league but can't go up do to no funds to get up to the required standard for the LL. There is Kelty spending money on a new terrace and such and giving something back to the community and building for the future. I just used Kelty as an example.

Hopefully get 3 points up there but it will be difficult

I don't really see why an injury to a player would hold up the naming of the new manager, maybe the committee can't agree on who to appoint.

Strickland will want serious money, his bottle went at Bathgate for that reason when there was none.
