Hibs fans are in complete melt down about a player who has had one decent season. Just saying what I have been told and not saying it is 100% true. All rumours at the moment.

From a source in Glasgow has told me Hibs are interested in dealing with Aberdeen in the transfer of Scott Allan. They are trying to sort out a deal that will suit both parties. Scott Allan has shot himself in the foot with the way he has handled the whole situation and although making it clear last Friday he wanted to sign for rangers he is an ambitious player and playing for at the moment the second best team in Scotland may enhance his Scotland aspirations for euro 2016. Hibs are point blank refusing to sell to rangers as they feel this sends out the complete wrong message to the fans about them making a serious title challenge this season. Allan does not want to go back to Dundee united and Celtic do not want him so only two other clubs in Scotland can really afford the player.(rangers & Aberdeen). The Shankland to St Mirren deal was done n dusted until hibs approached Aberdeen about getting him and cammy smith on loan for the season with Aberdeen parting with some cash for scott allan. Another player involved in this saga is john mcginn. Dundee United wanted allan which would make way for mcginn to sign for hibs but as said before Allan has refused any switch to united because of the way he left the club previously. He is a self confessed rangers man and they would be his club of choice but with hibs standing firm knocking back any rangers approach then his only way out may be a switch to Aberdeen. Aberdeen may be happy to have him for a season then sell on for an even greater fee to the gers further down the line. All very much hearsay at the moment but theres is definitely talks between hibs and Aberdeen going on at the moment.

I think Ross County have done some good business certainly in comparison to teams around them like Killie,Partick,Hamilton. Still looking for another good few players and another goalkeeper being a priority. Andrew Davies will be a cracking signing. He was still playing for Bradford and I found it strange to see him come up to county. I asked a friend of Andy Halliday who said Davies is good pals with De Vita and he convinced him to give it a crack. Ross county have also been chasing halliday but he is training at murray park at the moment.

Jamie Masson released by Aberdeen is set to sign for you guys. Creative central midfielder and could be a great addition if he stays injury free.
