  1. For the many RHLSTP podcast fans, if you weren't aware he also has a YouTube channel which the shows are released on. Gives a different perspective to the shows, the recent Brian Blessed one a case in point as Herring can't get a word in.

  2. I don't think DFC have taken advantage of the demise of our dayglo neighbours to embed a new generation of supporters for years to come. Partly that is about lack of real success on the pitch but it's also about making it cheap to bring them to games and providing a good match day experience. It's really not difficult

  3. Hello Guys. Just found this thread. I'm off to do 3 Munro's at Arrochar today and tomorrow. Looking like low vis on the tops as per usual but otherwise good mountain weather. I'll let you know how it goes.

I recently did Ben Lomond doing the circuit route going up Ptarmigan first. There is a good path and the only challenging part is the final ascent up to Ben Lomond top itself which needs a bit of scrambling confidence. Up and down the tourist trail is very easy and, like someone commented, it's like a motorway - although when I was there a couple of months ago there was some path reconstruction work going on at the start of the walk and an alternative path route for about a mile.

  4. Always reflected after the two administrations, and then the 25 point deduction that could have finished is off, that I would be happy just to have a club to continue to support. I have no doubt that we have underperformed this season but we have a team that seeks to play "good" football, a stable board and will be the only team in Dundee in top league next year.

I couldn't be happier reflecting on where we have come from.

  5. Dependant on how much relegation would cost the club; there is an argument that it would be better financially to lose him for nothing in the summer whilst ensuring we stay in the league rather than accepting a low offer as Greg only has a year on his contract.

I'm not saying I'm particularly fearful of relegation next season BUT I think that if you sell your best players and don't adequately replace them then things can go Pete Tong quite rapidly.

Completely agree with this sentiment. Too often the thought is only about the cash that will be lost if a bid is not accepted prior to a contract finishing. The value of a player like Greg in propelling us up the league, to latter stages of cup runs or just box office draw could easily outweigh the derisible money currently being talked about. The only problem for the club is obviously "could"
