iam of on hols in 4 weeks time and taking my i-pod, i have over 2000 metal songs on it but want 1 or maybe 2 new albums to enjoy on my hols, any recommendations from this or last year, i like to many bands to list

quite partial to a bit of Lzzy Hale and Halestorm, couldnt believe it yesterday when i found out there playing the Ironworks in Inverness !!!! got a ticket £18 for 3 bands cant wait

wanted to beat my loch ness 10 k time of 1 hr 17 mins, which i did by 9 mins got 1hr 8 mins so well happy with that

Aviemore 10k today my 2nd 10k and knocked 9 mins off time of 1st one well pleased

7k run yesterday and 6.6k today in prep for Aviemore 10k on Sunday
