    Yes. That's it basically. They were both a huge part of the formation, shape and playing style. They could both also chip in with vital goals. And their "replacements" have been utterly dire. And something appears to have shattered McCarts confidence.

    The over reliance on being solid is putting too much pressure on the defence. They KNOW how to defend. They KNOW how to keep solid and stay in the shape. I'd have no problem if we were difficult to beat from a winning position but right now we're trying it from the first minute. It's not working.

    Moaning about the ref/decisions against is just clutching at straws. We are 100% in a situation of our own making. Unless there's a miracle in January we're going down and because of last season CD will get the opportunity to bring us up again. With the added ignominy of smashing records for least goals scored in a season.

    There's been no rush for this decision. He's actually seen Crawford in matches FFS. This season just gets worse.

    The defence would probably do ok if they weren't under constant pressure because they get no help from the midfield or attack.

    Resounding win for Dundee here. We are woefully out of form. Plus poor planning has left us with few options to freshen the team up.
