Let’s see how the one season wonders fare against a team that isn’t managed by Neil Lennon.

We’ve only beat dugshite like Dundee, St Mirren & Alkmaar, while Rangers have failed to beat dugshite like Dundee Utd & Malmo.

How does that work again @SANTAN

Quite. Hope was all they had, I tried to warn you guys @Jinky67

    Enjoy your nights

I don't watch many top league games for that reason. But in all honesty it would bore me. Barca were great to watch but I only watched them against sides who would compete (Champions League effectively). Prime Barcelona Vs a shite Real Betis wouldn't be a game I'd tune in to.

The season QoS absolutely walked L1 was good in the beginning but by the end of the season I was bored. It wasn't a case of 'will we win?', it was 'by how many?'. That genuinely bores me.

Yeah I do get that. Generally if I wasn't interested in the teams I would prefer two teams going at it, like I do actually agree with you to an extent I just do like seeing a top team like City dismantle a former top team, probably wouldn't have enjoyed it as much if it was against Southampton or something.

I have just watched my team get rattled off Arbroath and this is the worst thing I have seen today.

I can't think of much worse that could happen. Imagine finishing your graft driving home and that happens.

I don't find one sided games enjoyable. I expect City could have scored more if they wanted (going by the stats). I don't find football games entertaining that are one side pummeling another.

Give me a competitive game every single day of the week.

I dunno for me it does depend, by your logic you wouldn't enjoy watching prime Barcelona or pretty much any of the worlds best era teams because they're so much better than the opposition.

    Cracking game to watch.

I'll take your word for it. Turned over at HT. A one-sided game is only narrowly beaten by a turgid 0-0 in the "Shite types of game to watch" for me.

    Each to their own.

I personally don't know how you could not enjoy watching the way City play. Potentially the best manager in the world with some of the best players in the world.

He didnt have to do much though. Chambers was yards off him and just kept backing off. Any capable footballer could have set that goal up.

The fact Jesus was able to take a touch inside Arsenal's 6 yard box before scoring shows how shite they are defensively.

Good for them, hopefully they all move to City for over £100M

Had he not spent so long harping on about his animals then yes they could have been away ages ago.

Had he told his staff to queue at the airport whilst he looked after the animals and got safe passage for himself later then they could have been away days ago.

Had he left his staff at the airport when they were turned away by the Americans for having incorrect paper work and stayed at the airport to sort it out rather than going back to the building to keep the animals out the sun, or if he had taken then back himself and left his Afghan staff then they would have probably been out.

    Instead none of this happened.

From what the news reporters were saying on the ground there wasn't much if a risk based approach going on if you had passports and letters of recommendation you were getting ahead of the harder to process people, rightly so imo. These people had paperwork and letter of recommendation from a fairly prominent NGO, it's likely they would have been accepted quickly had they been at Kabul 10 days ago, especially if they had children which I think they did.

But yes it's a risk that they wouldn't have been taken away even if they had been there 11/12 days ago but they would have had a better chance that staying to tend to formerly stray animals that apprently couldn't be left out in the heat.

The rescue operation has failed to pick up everyone but if it had done so then they could and should have looked and bringing out equipment and animals.

So we don't know for certain if the staff would have even been able to leave or how at risk they actually are. Glad that's been cleared up.

Again, the whole thing is ridiculous but I think the ridiculousness of using resource to evacuate animals over humans is the main take away, the whole "what about the staff" seems relativley minor and can be filed alongside the overall tragic humanitarian cost caused by the military failure.

He wanted a slot on the runway for his privately charted flight, had Kabul airport been operating as normal then no problem but it was probably the busiest airport in the world at the moment, not to mention under constant thread of rocket attacks on planes landing and taking off.

He also required to basically skip the queue of people waiting to get on the plane, also loading the cargo is slower the pasangers for obvious reasons, in the end he left his donkeys and staff for dead, helping the west regardless of their involvement isn't looked warmly by the Taliban, and got himself and his cats and dogs to f**k, in the end taking up space on a military plane which is what he wanted to avoid.

Yeah I understand all of that but my specific point is whether or not the staff would have been allowed on the plane anyway? As I also said you'd imagine there is some risk level approach to who gets priority.

Of course it's ridiculous to allow the flight rather than ones with potential human passengers I'm just saying maybe after that decision had been made it wasn't possible to take his staff with him on board anyway.

  9. I've not really followed the story but why would the Afghan staff of rescue dogs be at the front of the process? I'm not saying the dogs should be of course but I'm guessing the whole evacuation process differentiates from humans and animals.

Is there some risk level done to who is getting evacuated? I can't see animal shelter employees being at the top of the Taliban hit list.

9pm is a ridiculous time to be cutting grass if using noisy electronic or petrol mowers but maybe that is normal for certain areas so there has to be some flexibility. You cannot make having good manners the law.

    10am - 8pm is my acceptable times.
