It was Dundee we were playing. Dundee.
Good teams don't get 'carved apart' by teams like Dundee, so obviously some blame has to be placed with the defenders.
You just sound like an arrogant mug here and generally from reading your posts, you seem a good poster...so less of that from you please . Dundee are a good attacking team, before they played us I think the stat was that they'd scored in every single one of their games bar one. Clearly, they are a good attacking side. Just because the football club's name is 'Dundee' it doesn't mean they can't play good football ffs.
On the topic of Aberdeen fans having no knowledge, the guys behind me in the South regularly moan and sigh when we pass it sideways, also known as retaining possession, and will give out a loud bellow along the lines of "GET IT FORWARD" when we are 2-0 up and cruising.

What a signing, really didn't think Aberdeen would have been capable of signing Shinnie & McLean even at the start of the season. We have a first XI that can rival Celtic's easily, I don't think many people would argue that. It's just the squad depth that takes us down a notch.

It suggests to me that we are getting a fee for one of our players, the only one I can see going for money at the moment is Jack and flood or Robson can play that position so no need for an immediate replacement. Nobody is suggesting it's a straight swap for position.
Could it not just be that increased attendances, the european run, higher prize money (league position and league cup bonus) mean we can afford this now. That, and not having crippling debt repayments.

Don't understand the theory that it's a Jack replacement. Not even remotely similar players.

Can someone explain to a simpleton, in terms that a child would understand, why this spells doom and gloom for The Rangers?

Oh dear. Do you not remember the shambolic performance at Pittodrie where they got a draw?
I would have thought as a Dons fan you'd be more cautious. Granted the current regime is totally different these days but anything can happen. We SHOULD win this but remember they are fighting for their lives and will scrap for any points they can.
I do, but we weren't in amazing form then. Ash Taylor was still shaky and was to blame for one of the goals when he came marauding out of defence - something he doesn't do anymore. The handball was just lunacy from Reynolds. Don't 'oh dear' me you arsehole
I think you're just being a pessimistic (understandable) Dons fan. We aren't playing under McGhee or Craig Brown anymore. We haven't even let in a goal in 7 games ffs, you've got to be slightly confident!

Anyway...
Risk of the game being off tomorrow?
I've seen a few people are worried about the game but why should we be? St Mirren are without a home win all season and we are flying, especially away from home. Comfortable win to nil for me. Yes runs are there to be broken but I don't see it happening tomorrow.

He's talking about the sex party in his house. You're not invited.
I too have channel 4 on. It's shite.

Am I being included in the 'seething' category? Damn it.

Or just get a proper job where you're not sitting on your arse all day.
Why not both.

For the first time in my life I am fat.
It's crept up on me. Since I've had my car I've been driving to uni instead of walking back and forth from the train station, I've spent the last month revising in my house not going anywhere and eating tons of food. I've always thought I was invincible to getting fat but all of a sudden I've got a wee pot belly. It's not even the drink that's to blame, I've barely been going out because I've been so busy. It's just pure accumulated winter fat and its not even been Christmas Day yet. Its a fucking disgrace.
It ends today. Going for a run today and sit ups every morning for the foreseeable future.
Doing sit ups every morning will achieve precisely f*ck all. You can't target specific areas to lose fat, that's just not possible.
Sort your diet out, do some cardio (run, cycle, whatever), do some weightlifting. Sorted.

Fabric's had a reprieve from it's local council in London but entry is to be made much more restrictive with police trained sniffer dogs, increased drug searches and stricter CCTV on the premises.
Looking back at the Arches' reaction to a death on it's premise I feel a lot better about our venues than I would if I lived down South. It's much more relaxed to get in most venues up here than it is down south in places like Sankeys or the WHP.
Incidentally, has anyone ever died in Sub Club?
How was WHP? I'm going to the closing party, first time going.

Aye same here, except for the weightlifting club that frequent it. It'll be mobbed in a month's time but I tend to go at 9pm so it'll be alright then.

Hi guys, new poster but good to find this thread. Into fitness myself, been lifting for about 3 years. Started off as a skinny runt, now I'm a not quite so skinny guy. 6'3, 13st 7lb. About 13% body fat, always been quite lean, always try to 'clean bulk'. Aiming for 14st by March/April time next year. Always happy to offer my advice.
I'm doing a 'bro split' right now, 4 days - legs, shoulders, chest/tris, back/bis. I don't deadlift...and that's all you need to know

McInnes reaffirming he's in this for the long haul on Sportsound tonight. Likable guy and who knows, could well be a legend by the end of his tenure with the way he's turned things around so quickly. One thing I'd like would be for him to use the fucking squad! I see the benefits in a settled XI but at the end of the season last year, especially the SC semi, it seemed we were suffering from 'burnout'.
