I repeat. Let's see some of you take the piss out of other players with different religions. Why not rip the piss out of Mo Salah? Or any other Muslim or Jewish player? Must be some in the Championship. Lets see a mocking of Mohammed, or the Jewish faith. Yet none of you do! You see it never happens because there is a name for that!!

Easy to punch down and mock the Christians though. Big laughs for some of you I guess, sad really. Hardly motivating for a current ICT player. Few players cross the bridge to ICT that I hope to see do well.

You can all keep positing your mocking shite for all I care. Can't offend an agnostic ;)

The really remarkable thing is that you've somehow convinced yourself that people are mocking Alex Samuel.

Does it ever enter your pea size brain that you’re a unionists wet dream?

Unionists' wet dreams actually involve beating the poor with sticks

It's ludicrous to consider that a back line of Masson/Corr/Hannah could possibly have been an improvement on our starting choice, but it might have been. If you made that Millen to the right or Brown joining Corr in the middle, I think it certainly would have been better. Dick certainly has had much better games than today.

Murray clearly isn't 100%, Watson clearly isn't ready to go, and is only on the bench to get people off IM's back about his status, IM doesn't have any confidence in Corr and Masson, and Dick and Mullin are not fit for purpose in a three back scheme. Dick is usually a good defensive LB, but asking him to pull in as part of a back three and also charge forward didn't work today, just like it didn't work with Mullin against Livi. Both are acceptable fullbacks when paired with TWO CB's, with a single CB they are torn between IM's pressure forward strategy and the basics of defending.

Brown and Byrne as a DM pair to support the defence isn't working, Brown as a CB isn't using the players we already have, Byrne isn't half the player he was with Stanton paired with him, again we're back to a fragile team that broke when Sam got injured. IM has failed to compensate for the loss of Sam simply because he's tried to plug people into Sam's role rather than rejiggering the whole strategy and admitting that Sam's role is irreplaceable IN THAT FORMATION. The bone-headed stubbornness of continuing to try to play a formation we don't have the players for is what caused this losing streak

IM is a capable manager, but he needs to show the ability to adapt to his available players, not a desire to fit his available players into a formation they don't suit. The 3-6-1 is a choice to allow our playmakers, of which we have many, freedom, but it demands solid defending, something we have lacked recently. The 4-2-3-1 and 4-1-3-2 demand a player of Stanton's skills in the middle, and while Turner may be close, he's not shown that capacity yet.

I'd say 4-4-2, 4-3-3 or even a 4-1-4-1 would seem to suit our players better right now, at least until Sam is 100%, and also might be necessary if Zak is now our only "heavy" forward with jack taking that shoulder knock.
