I notice Sports Direct have not challenged the accuracy of my 'seven year notice period' story. Wonder why they wanted it kept hush-hush?

Is it not the case that the JJB contract was for ten years, and when SD bought over JJB the terms of the contract simply transfered over and were then renegotiated in true Sevco fashion?

Tupe, or not tupe, that is the question.....

  2. A guy offers genuine practical help of his own volition and goodwill, yet some just see an opportunity to rip the c*nt out of him. A beautiful, spiteful Scottish trait that we should be very proud of.

Yip. Exactly this. I am genuinely proud of this trait, it shows we are evolving to look deeper.

That's not a trait of Rainjurs minded simpletons though.

He was daft enough to put his contact number in the advert, despite knowing what we know.

Tells you the level of thought that went into this genuine heartfelt plea for help.

I might call and ask for his PIN.

    Idiot.

  3. Sevco employing free labour for essential works at their crumbling garrison eh? Similar, in many respects, to not paying tradies for work when the last team to play in blue at Ibrox were previously liquidated. Murray and King are consistent, if nothing else.

And does work for the unskilled include the current playing staff?

Zero hours contracts, pay to play, welcome to the future....

  4. Oh dear. The diddies and their ditties. Again. I'd hoped that you and yer wee pals would have stopped after the embarrassment of Feb 14th.

    Seems not.

If we're talking ditties, feel free to post a modernistic tune from your supporters archives...

Embarrassment is clearly a word not an emotion or feeling for you. Hence our polarity.

Lucky your username suggests a bridge location you can either sink, swim, jump or swing from. Dope on a rope.....

    Enjoy the climb Martha Farqhaur....

  5. Can some one explain how Lambias and Leach will be removed as directors but keep their executive positions, as per the Glib & Shameless one's arse licking today from SSN journo Jim White ?

Does he want to keep them on in the hope they get fed up and leave of their own free will , as this is the cheaper option ?

Do they actually carry out an important function in the daily business carried out by the club , oops company, if so what is this important function that the new regime can't live without them to have it carried out?

I know these questions and many more like them will be deflected away and filed under diddy seethe but if I don't find out I may need to go back to reading about the Accies and that's too depressing to contemplate at the moment :(

Ok, I'll have a go at this.... .

When I buy chicken for dinner, it's dead. I don't pluck it, I don't want the giblets, just the meaty bits that make me feel its worth the money I paid.

I don't care if it's free range. I have no interest in it's exercise program. Not my responsibility.

    Likewise, the offspring.

I have no idea if alsaid eggs parent feels better knowing I have just scrambled free range, battery or corn fed embryos.

However, I'm always up for a cock fight, all that preening and preparation has an inevitability.

    Happy to help..... ;-)

  6. Yes...."While many of the shareholders hold differing views as to what is right for the club I believe that a clear majority are like-minded on one key point - the need to remove the incumbent board and to replace it with individuals who can gain the trust of fans, sponsors and the shareholder community.

"It is also desirable to partner a Nomad that is willing to move forward and away from the recent poor governance at the club.

"I have already had initial discussions with potential Nomads on the basis of two key conditions.

Ok. Please note the use of generic 'wiggle room' bullshit.

    1. Like minded. People change their minds all the time. Fact. So in time, like minds and people will change to suit Honest Dave.

    2. Like minded on ONE key point.

Get rid of currant board. Yes, spelling error is deliberate.

    3. Initial discussions on the basis of TWO key points. Please note the change between points 2 and 3.

One key point, then two, and initial discussions. In a game of poker, I'd call his glib and shameless bluff all day long. Cue the Kenny Rogers classic....

  7. Couldn't find the face palm emoticon, however this was on Rangers Media Forum

"As a first time poster to rangers media I would like to firstly say I have supported Rangers all my days, now being fifty five years old. Over this period I have experienced many highs and of course lows following my team. I was brought up in the Rangers family by my uncles and friends many who are sadly not now with us. Some were Orangemen and others not but all were supporters of this great club. I have read many posts on Rangers media and other Rangers websites and the main thing that unites them all is there disunity. We are on the brink of a momentous decision for our club in the upcoming EGM and I feel the time is right for us all to reflect on the past few years before putting all the negativity behind us and moving forward. In order to do this we must galvanise this great but fractured support and reclaim the No Surrender spirit of our fathers and grandfathers. We have many enemies just like our fathers throughout our history. They were not afraid to rise up in enniskillen and the boyne nor indeed in various world wars and neither should we.Our enemies fear our strength and have encouraged us to squabble amongst ourselves which has only weakened our cause. The time has come for us to adopt the No Surrender attitude of our fathers, forget negative posting and start the reconciliation of our family. Then we will rise in time as one support and history tells us that no one can stand against us when we stand shoulder to shoulder. I look forward to the return of the glory days with my Rangers family at my side. Remember that We Are The People."

As you can imagine the Orcs are lapping this shit up!

You would have thought one of them would have read some Sun Tzu by now..... then again....
