They are indeed an extremely good side, but aye it's been a fantastic tournament so far, who'd have thought this would've been such a compelling game so far!

They've flattered to deceive for the whole tournament thus far. It's either a damning indictment of the quality of the rest of the nations that they're in contention for a consecutive grand slam, or a sign of what a good side it is that they've played so poorly yet still winning.

Pretty fascinating half of rugby, I've played against teams that have done that at the tackle area before and we found it pretty easy to pick them off around the fringes. This, however, has been executed absolutely fantastically. Has to be said Poite has reffed this outstandingly as well. As hilarious as all of this is, you can see England blowing them away and as GAD said, the Italians love to shit the bed in the final 20 minutes.

He's about 15 stone IIRC. Granted he's not a huge hitter but his tackling has certainly improved, that analysis is about two years out of date.

To be fair it's fairly standard for refereeing to be woefully inconsistent nowadays, bad decisions that go against Scotland tend to be magnified on this thread because it's mainly Scottish posters, can understand why it may seem like it comes across like everyone is shouting conspiracy

Completely agree, but I'd be surprised if it was still that case under Cotter to such an extent. It's definitely not anywhere near as bad as it was under Robinson where it was chronically one dimensional. Anyway, agree to disagree on a minor point. Tipuric should be off, and the BBC need to continue showing shots of Gatland hating life.

That's a fair point and would make sense, wasn't exactly executed well however. Much better in the second half, Wales now making silly mistakes.
